HOUSE RULE This house rule may be written in other languages such as English in addition to Japanese. If there is a discrepancy between the two sentences of the house rule, the Japanese sentence shall take precedence in all respects. ・ We cannot accept accommodations for minors only. ・ No shoes are allowed in the room ・ No smoking in the room or on the premises ・ Be careful when handling fire when using the kitchen. ・ Sorry for your inconvenience, but please store the garbage indoors after sorting or dispose of it in the designated place. ・ Additional items when amenities and consumables are insufficient ・ Futon raising and lowering ・ Other guest room services are not provided ・ If the equipment is taken out, contaminated or damaged, a considerable amount of compensation will be required. ・ Please park your car in the designated place. We are not responsible for accidents, loss, theft, etc. ・ Please resolve any troubles that occur between the users of this facility between the parties concerned. ・ We are not responsible for any troubles such as accidents, disasters, thefts, etc. that occur in this facility or on the premises of this facility. ・ Forgotten items will be stored for one month after check-out (if you wish to return them, we will accept the administrative fee + cash on delivery) ・ Please be sure to observe the check-out time. Overage will be charged if check-out time is exceeded ◾ Important prohibitions ◾ ・ Pets and other animals are prohibited. ・ It is prohibited to bring in or use heating equipment such as fireworks, charcoal, gas stoves, hot plates, and BBQ equipment. ・ Regardless of the time of day, it is prohibited to make noise that may disturb other users or neighbors. ・ Additional number of guests without permission ・ Use of linen more than the number of guests is strictly prohibited, and entry of rooms other than guests is strictly prohibited. In the event of any behavior or trouble that violates the above rules and etiquette, we will refuse the use, move out immediately, or charge an overage fee.
