Nice atmosphere. Private room. Location is alright depending on what you're looking for. It's not far from businesses making getting food and other accessories easy.
Shower had weak pressure. Again location may be an issue depending on what you're looking for.

I like the peaceful back yard with sitting area no one disturbed my peace and I had all my meals back there. Also It’s literally 15 seconds away from amazing hamburger and hotdog joint. It’s a really good location everything you need it’s close by. It’s also central so if you want to see different part of the city you can just jump on the freeway which is also close by. The owner is also a nice decent man.
Everything was great I recommend staying here if you just need a place to stay it’s peaceful it has a back entrance the owner stays out of your way he only meets you at the beginning. It’s not the fanciest place but for the price it’s 1 million times better than a cheap hotel.

The wi-fi was not (connected but no internet) The tv signal was very poor on all channels, to much interference so could not warch. The bathroom was not in the room but across the way and the shower was like a sprinkler.
The cleaning charge was too high. And youhave to leave a US $ 100.00 as a damage deposit which is refunded when you leave. Takd some lounge clothes if you want to sit on the sofa.

The owner was very pleasant and the location was okay.
The owner was very, very pleasant. The place is not a studio nor it has an independent entrance. It is a room within a home. We had no full acces to the kitchen just to a space in the fridge and a tiny micriwave in the room.. Only three hangers in the closet. We found out it was a shared bathroom once we made the reservation. Luckily, we were the only ones renting though we took a shower at my daughter's place because hardly any water coming down from the shower.

Nur die Lage
Ich war vor 15 Uhr da, aber ich musste warten oder noch mal Geld zahlen als Frühanreiser. Dann sollte ich noch 41 Dollar als Tax zusätzlich zahlen! Das wären 40 % bei 100 Dollar für das Zimmer. Und 100 Dollar Kaution hinterlegen . Habe ich natürlich nicht gemacht . Alles sehr komisch und nervig. Booking.com sollte sich von sowas Distanzieren
