Perfect Location ”
It is worth value of money in the heart of London, for budget hotel with en-suite toilet bathroom. The flaws is no lift, so everyone must carry their own luggages with narrow stairs. But definitely will stay again. Good receiptionist especially the Thailand Lady who gave us details transportation information.

The best point for this hotel is location. 15 mins from the airport to Paddington station by Heathrow Express. 7 mins walk to the hotel. Going around London by train or tube is easy. Good value for money!

Budget hotel”
by overview of this hotel, it looks like most budget hotels in the uk, narrow stair and no lift. Good location, not so far from underground station of Padington. rooms are basic, without kitchen. anyway, we satisfied with this budget price, espeacially free wifi internet. Too loud from a lot of customer.

VERY BAD, DONT STAY HERE!!!!”
This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. I am usually a relatively Budget traveller so I am used to cheaper version hotels but this place is HORRIBLE! Goods: - Location, near station & Notting hill & parks there are 50 other hotels around...Don't Choose Mina (u will regret) - Nice bathroom & shower this was truly a really good shower cuz its the Only thing that's not 50+ yrs old! Bads: - DIRTY: I was so uncomfortable and disgusted. I'm usually quite a tolerant regarding this but even I couldn't stand this place. I was feeling itchy and i slept on my jackets to layer myself from the disgusting bed. I even wore Shoes around because I didn't want to directly touch the carpet because there are Yellow circle spots or I dunno what. - NO INTERNET: its a lie. Don't fall for it guys. The WiFi only works if u are in the reception room. - BAD SERVICE: when ask about anything, the front desk lady's response is always "I'm not sure, it should work" then fades off without any real answer. All in all, there are lots of hotels around. Don't be tricked by Mina Hotel. PS: Try asking to use the somewhat hotel lobby toilet when you check in. U will be in for a horror. Its just one flight up the staircase but its completely gross. I wanted to leave right there but Mina already has taken my money for 2 nights and so I thought I would stick with it.don't be tricked everyone by fake pictures!!

Great location 3 mins from Paddington station, very clean, bright room, small clean toilet with good shower, friendly receptionist. Should insulate the windows to reduce the street noise and cold air.

Nightmare”
Was a nightmare. The Chinese lady boss had such bad service attitude that I don't think any traveller should consider staying there. I had left a hand carry luggage with shopping stuff to be kept in the locked room for 3 weeks as I will be travelling north. However, when I came back, it was left in a corner at the reception area claiming that it was not their policy to do so. Imagine what a shock I got! It is only a small hand carry bag! When she took my passport for photocopying, she did not return me. I got a fright in the room and luckily I had the six sense to check my handbag. When request for a kettle, she claimed I did not request for it during my booking. Who on earth will request for a kettle as when I travelled north, all B&B, guest houses do provide kettle in the room. I hanged up the phone after saying that my request for a quite room on the lower floor was not met even though I had requested during my booking. That night, the room was hot as it was 32 degree in London and the window was spoilt as it could not be open. A real nightmare to stay and therefore I do not recommend anyone should pay for such a service and so called 'hotel'

one of the building is renovated as the one next to it (reception on G/F)haven't done yet. ***Be warned there is no elevator. We are appointed to second floor. we need to bring the heavy luggages from one building to next building through the first floor. bedroom and shower room are clean and tidy. TV is not functioned so well as the signal is not good enough.

damp, moldy and very dirty room”
Pros: The room was an expected size, small but functional. The bathroom was newly remodeled with good water pressure and plenty of hot. The public spaces were clean. There were fresh, white towels delivered daily. Hotel was very close to Paddington station and there were several small groceries and places to eat/drink nearby. Cons: Our lower level room was FILTHY when we moved in. We had to wait 2 hours past the time they said we could check in because it hadn't yet been cleaned, when we got our room the linens hadn't yet been changed from the last guests. The floors and walls were absolutely filthy, damp, moldy. Shower was filthy. Hair (not ours), on bathroom floor and in shower. During our two week stay the room was never vacuumed or swept, toilet never cleaned. We had the same two glasses, tea cups and spoons the entire stay, that appeared to be wiped off daily with our dirty bath towels, but never washed, we offered to clean them ourselves if they would give us a cloth/soap.

Great location and excellent staff. The hallways are a bit cramped and the stairs are quiet steep, no elevator. But good value for money. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

Great location and really basic”
rooms are really basic. newly renovated so at least clean. shower is clean and functional. does not provide hand towels. certain items on request only, e.g., kettle (not clean), hair dryer, even toilet paper! (p/s. housekeeping is not great). remember...like most budget hotels in the uk,there is no lift and the stairwell is extremely narrow and steep.

Rooms where very small, single glazed windows which meant everything could be heard during the night. There's wasn't a any AC or fans available.
