We have enjoyed our vacation and we consider Mina Mark as best for families and this was our utmost concern. The food was delicious, variable and of world class quality and our kids have not complained ever, the staff was so friendly and professional. In general we highly recommend it for families.

We were only here for one night and checked in late so missed dinner but it was amazing to find a light spread still on until 2am. Check-in took longer than expected due yo my booking not being found but we got there in the end. Our room was comfortable and clean but a little dated. Enough cups for the number of people staying would have been great. Having the bottled water was appreciated. It would also be good to bring the rooms up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, as this is the only fault I can honestly say. We were unable to make use of all facilities, due to short stay, but the children's pools and play areas looked well kept and plenty for them to do. The beach area and decking was amazing and lovely for the morning walk we took. Breakfast was amazing! Food variety was plentiful and tasted delicious. Fresh omelette & pancake stations, pastries, cereals, juices & more. We were well catered for. The snack & lunch service looked delicious also with loads of choice. Will be looking to book again for a longer stay so we can fully enjoy the hotel and all it offers!

Price and location are the reason for recommending. They need a lot of improvement in systems and also the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. However, people there will make u forget this because of how nice they are. Beach needs to be cleaned more and rooms as well (deep cleaning) It's not advisable for ling stays a week will be just right.

Rooms were dirty, things were broken or in poor repair and customer service was poor”
We arrived at Minamark Beach Resort to find that my friends' reservation had been cancelled by the hotel - the staff gave no reason and said they did not notify guests when reservations were cancelled. They offered them another room for three times the price. That room was badly in need of maintenance and cleaning. My room was in a newer part of the hotel and was in better repair. After I checked in to my room, staff kept coming by; the first said he was there to show me how to use the room safe. About 15 minutes later a man arrived to make sure I had toilet paper. About 30 minutes after that another man arrived to see if I had any trash. Each of these men held their hands out for a tip, which I did not give. I ignored all further knocks at my door after that. Food at the buffet was plentiful and edible but not particularly good. The photos of the resort were probably taken decades ago when the facilities were new.

Worst place ever ”
Went for a week for vacation, paid for all inclusive thinking they got food, but so not worth a penny. Food is nasty, no flavour, slices of meet mixed with gravy no options. Nasty juice, they claim it’s fresh, but it’s the cheapest juice u could find in Egypt. Not to mention the room was not what we booked, when asked to change it bc the flush in the bathroom did not work they show us small room that had two small beds when we specifically told them we’re here for our honeymoon. They wanted us to sleep on separate beds, very small room size. Only space in the room is for u to walk to the bathroom. Bed mattress were cut and very filthy, sheets had hair from before. Coffee cups had so much dirt like no one used them in months. Mattress were very small where u could feel the wood frame beneath u while sleeping. The only one good thing about this place was the location. Staff were rude. Asked for a manager four times not once have a manager called me back. Asked to cancel the reservation when we first saw the hotel they refused to give us money back when they couldn’t find us a room to stay at. Tried their breakfast and tried their dinner once each they both were horrible. Don’t recommend this shitty place. Save ur money. Reviews are fake, pics and also fake..

I basically have stood in this hotel for three nights , four days. Upon arriving had to wait for long time to check in. And after all when it came to payment the receptionist was asking for card, I gave my credit card and told them to charge in Egyptian money. Where at the next day my bank as chafed in usd dollar that to be the same numbers in Egyptian pound. Meaning that they changed over 1000 $ to my credit card. It was shocking to know that after all l, once it is refunded it would take 10 days. By then, hotel was absolutely disrespectful and they way they treated us was unpleasant

Séjour inoubliable ”
Pour notre première fois en Égypte nous avons séjourné 14nuits à l’hôtel Minamark resort. A notre arrivée reçu par une équipe souriante professionnelle et tout de suite installé avec des jus pendant la préparation de nos chambres. L’hôtel avec sa plage privée et ses nombreuses piscines pour toutes âges nous a apporté au quotidien matin midi et soir un buffet varié (poisson,poulet,viande,végétarien) avec bar à pâte et des desserts de toutes sorte. Un grand merci à Brahim meilleur serveur!!!! Vraiment au petit soin avec nous. Je tiens à remercier l’équipe de chaque point de l’hôtel car à la fin de notre séjour nous avons laissé des amis. Les animateurs au quotidien organiser des jeux, des cours de danses orientales et tout les soirs un show plus impressionnant chaque jours mais surtout je tien à remercier, Abdellah, Mohaned, Sofia et Aya pour leurs sourires, leurs bonne humeur et surtout pour tout les souvenirs qu’ils nous ont apporté au quotidien. Le staff à la plage était au petit soins avec nous. J’ai pu m’offrir avec ma maman d’excellente séances de massage au spa avec sauna et jaccuzzy à prix vraiment imbattable. Je recommande à toute personne souhaitant passer un séjours à Hurghada d’y aller sans hésiter ! Encore merci à tous !
