The hotel is very dark, smelly, and old...there was no hot water, dirty shared toilet, weird and helpless front staff, common area has no heating system include the dirty toilet. in the room had a gas heater but must be turned off when sleep / require ventilation every one hour...so basically, we sleep in the room of 5-9 celsius ;( .... Should go out of business soon. Not one of Japanese standard..did not feel like a hotel...it was more like a homeless shelter ...ohhhh one good thing about this hotel, people of Kawaguchiko, outside this hotel of course, are very kind and hospitable.

I stayed there a night in Dec. 2014 It was so difficult to find the place as they didn't show the real name of the hotel (The real name is Lake Side Inn) in front of the building. Of course, there did show, but it was a Japanese name. So, I spent almost 2 hrs. to find the right place. It was my mistake that I did'nt have an internet connection for searching/setting the GPS, and couldnt find a telephone to call them for further info. The room wasnt too bad coz I could have a good view and see the Mt. Fujiyama from my window. No free wi-fi. is ok for me ,but!! no hot water; so I didnt take a shower due to the rule of the house that allowed the shower time during 5pm - 10pm only. I had to brushed my teeth with cold water. Don't expect too much for any comforts and conveniences. Good for backpackers. Nice and kind staffs/owner. It would be better if they reduced the price make it cheaper or service better. Thanks

Beste Lage am Mt. Fuji!”
Dieses Ryokan liegt am besten Spot des Sees, um den Mt. Fuji schon beim Aufwachen zu bewundern. Das Zimmer mit Berg- und Seeblick war einfach toll. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut, aber die tolle Lage entschädigt dafür. Ohropax also nicht vergessen! Das Abendessen war einfach super, und da in dieser Gegend kaum Restaurants zu finden sind, raten wir, das Abendessen mitzubuchen. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück im Ryokan, das haben wir dann mit unseren Ausflügen verbunden.

冬天前往，入住三人房 房間非常寬闊，民宿屬較舊式，但乾淨簡單 暖氣機屬於燒煤油機型，使用暖氣機味道刺鼻 若冬天不開暖氣會使得坊間很冷，冬天前往要考慮 房間面富士山，有窗戶，視野很好 有小浴缸可以泡澡 飯店人員很熱心友善

房間是雅房，衛浴設備在1F,除了牙刷、牙膏、洗面乳、吹風機之外，洗漱用品都有。以這樣的地點，在價格上與周邊住宿地點相比便宜很多，推薦預算不多的旅人入住。 不過房屋似乎是木造建築，當外面有車子快速經過是會輕微震動，但是不影響睡眠，床舖偏硬，睡起來很舒服。。
