Akong and Linh were the best hosts. They help you with everything you need and make you feel like home. Excellent location for the trekking and learning about the north vietnamese lifestyle and traditions. We could not enjoy the views from the room because of the fog, but they are astonishing. Would repeat.

The view of the mountain and Fansipan from the balcony was amazing from this homestay

The view is incredible. We stayed beginning of January, it was very cold, but the room was heated with air-conditioning and heated blankets. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

The room was basic and the bed was a little small for 2 tall European persons.

We really enjoyed the stay despite the lower temperatures in December. The room was very warm and the heating blanket is just a perfect touch. Linh is very welcoming and helpful with anything you may need. If you are lucky, the views are just breathtaking. Also the breakfast was great (we’ve tried Pho Ga, eggs and pancakes) every day it came with some fruits & coffee/tea. For us it was desired and wanted, but to some the location may be an issue (cca 10mins walk to the town), on the other hand you escape the craziness of Sapa town. Thank you again for having us.

its a bit inaccessible on foot, so if you have plans to walk often to-and-fro from the city center it would be easier to try and flag a ride!

Beautiful, unblocked views of Sapa valley. It was a nice and quiet getaway from the busy town centre and such a lovely retreat. The hosts are a wonderful couple and we were so blessed by their generosity and hospitality - we feel like we found a second family here. They are simply amazing and made our stay perfect.

We enjoyed our time very much in Mintu Homestay. The hosts are so nice and lovely, and they helped us with all our questions. They gave us many tips and information around Sapa and the vietam culture.

Everything was great, cozy comfy room which would give you a feel of a chalet in the Alps, beautiful view on the valley, very close to the hiking trails as well but to top it all the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Would go back there if travelling back in Sa Pa.

The views from the balcony overlooking the SAPA valley and mountains were fantastic. Having breakfast and refreshments while inhaling the mountain air calms the mind. This place allows us to trek through the valley and villages easily. A day of acclimatization was beneficial to us in tackling Fansipan mountain Summit (2 days one night program) the following day.

Everything! Beautiful views, amazing service, great location away from the craziness of Sapa. Linh was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to have early check in when we arrived on the night bus from Hanoi, and arranging a fantastic tour for us with local guide Choi, who was just incredible. We also had lovely breakfasts on our balcony with a gorgeous view. Wholeheartedly recommend!

- The location of this homestay is perfect : a little away from the city (10mn walk), and only 15mn from the first rice fields. - There are only a few houses around so it is very calm - The view from the balcony is breathtaking - and last but not least : the host is so adorable, she can help you for everything you need and she proposes food. Thank you so much for this kind of welcoming !!!

our 2 nights stay at Mintu Home was the best thing we experienced in Vietnam. Host family is so kind, wonderful and hospitality was on another level. I can highly recommend this homestay to everybody!

Linh is one of the best hosts I have ever had. We stayed here for 2D2N and Linh made sure we were comfortable at all times. The location of the homestay is perfect - just a 10 min walk from the city centre but far enough away to get a quiet experience and view of the nature. The views from our room were wonderful - we were lucky enough to be in Sa Pa during sunny weather and had a gorgeous view of the mountains and rice fields. We had breakfast for one of the days - yummy pho, banana pancakes and tea! We also arranged a bike tour with Linh to the villages in Sa Pa - the ride was well planned with good vantage points for photos and great commentary from Linh to share more about Sa Pa. She is extremely friendly and welcoming, took care of us and allowed us to leave our bags even after we had checked out. She let us come back to the homestay and wait there for our night bus back to Hanoi. Thank you so much for everything Linh and all the best for your 70km marathon later this year :)
