We had absolute pleasure in staying at the hotel. Rest rooms are with very nice showers. Beds are very comfortable. Room is exceptionally spacious and clean. It is nearby to supermarket. There are plenty of options available for lunch dinner.

Dibba option”
I had to stay one night in Dibba, Fujairah and it was the only affordable option. However I was first offered a smoking room (though I booked a non smoking room) and told there is no other option. When I refused to take it- I was provided a different room. There was an issue with my booking reference which took a bit of time to get sorted out.

Not good at all. Very very worst. Not recommended at all, even If they give free of cost stay. You cannot reduce the room AC temperature. It is fixed default of 28.5 degree Celsius.

iam not happy with mirage hotel.their coffe shop will starts from 11am onwards. till that time we dont any options for tea or coffee. they are not providing a tea bag or sugar atleast. in the morning after 9 30 there was no water. we waited one hour. but they didnt clear the issue. we checked out with out shower.

Misleading photos of hotel”
Overall, we can say that this hotel is a terrible one. First and foremost, locating it was very difficult. It is located in a very remote area, situated behind an old mall in dibba. Before we can even find it, we wasted several hours just to call and verify this hotel. Secondly, the reception's not good, its not even clean though, its a small one with a rude attendant. Knowing that we barely know the place, she just threw us out like were not from the same nationality. Aside from that, the amenities that this hotel was supposedly having were not there. We drove 7 hours just to know that were not even going to make our stay and the pool's under renovation. Lastly, this hotel is using different photos to attract customers. They've been posting misleading pictures in different websites just to ensure that they're going to have clients but in the end, they will just use it to make your stay the most awful one you can ever experience, so we're not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Goggle map placement does not match the physical location of the hotel, it is off by over 1 mile. There is a bowling alley in the upper floor, so you can hear the bowlers playing in the night hours.

Pit Stop”
Not good for a long term stay. It's only good for pit stop for those who would want to do the Mussandam cruise. So instead of waking up too early, you can spend the night before on this hotel. No restaurant, not good neighborhood as there's nothing. Only good for 8 hours stay maximum. The price justify the stay actually

Disappointing getaway!”
We booked in for two nights and only stayed for one night. False advertising is the best description for this hotel. It shows four stars but would probably only come close to one star. Upon arrival at a dirty alleyway, surrounded by building rubble, one has to search for the entrance. The staff said that the gym and swimming pool was being renovated, but upon inspection, this area has been abandoned for a number of months and the area is in shambles and dirty. The room we stayed in had broken fittings (lights and plugs) and water leaked through the roof onto the bathroom floor. I felt sorry for the reception lady when we left, as she is trying to do a good job for an owner who has no pride in his property or the service he is supposed to be rendering. At best, this joint should be rented out as apartments/flats at a greatly reduced rate, as it definitely can not be classified as a hotel.

un-organised staff, weird architecture”
quite uncomfortable. actually, there was no expert staff: you had to require and explain several times what you needed (starting from the room clean-up service). breakfast was mainly cheap and junk food, like in a 1 or 2 star hotel, not as they boast (4 star), and was served outside the hotel premises (in a hall belonging to the adjacent mall)! to request a taxi is a challenge (but the village is also small). one eleveator for all. electrical scheme weird. noise from outside. .

I stayed at the hotel with my family. It is grossly overrated with 4 star by Agoda. I booked the hotel for the rating. The entrance was behind the main bldg. you will least expect that. No buffet breakfast. Swimming pool gym sauna are not functional at all. The staff are not even aware of the the tourist attractions of the town. All in all this was a waste of money for me. I did not expect Agoda to hand over the Rating of 4 star just like that.

I stayed only for the night. They only serve breakfast in-rooms and its not that good. bed was a bit stiff and no internet in rooms although they mentioned that FREE WIFI is available.
