Great villa property near the beach”

The rooms, the location in town and the facilities..also quiet.
The fact of not having a code for the beach and not being directly across from the beach which we were led to believe by the brochure. Also would be nice to have better mop.

Everything was pretty nice. The only thing that would have made it better was if the pool would have had a smaller area for the small children.
The villa was beautiful. There was a couple of hiccups but nothing that was not resolved quickly. It was very comfortable and spacious. My family was happy with the stay.

I love that we are close to the beach and private access! The beds were comfy. Fully stocked kitchen. I would definitely rent again.
I wish the floor plan was a little different and some places could use some heavy duty cleaning but it’s nice overall.

Family beach vacation”

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It had plenty of room for our family of 7. It’s close to the beach with an easy walk. The furniture was nice and comfortable.
Although it was close to the beach, I was originally provided an expired code for the beach gate and had to call for a new code. I also had to call for extra trash bags since it was a check-out requirement to remove the trash. There were no extra bags when we arrived. I would say there were not enough blankets for the beds. In fact, one of the blankets found in the master bedroom closet had stains on it. It would also have been nice if there were beach towels, considering the room’s proximity to the beach. Finally, the pool was very cold. For the end of October, I would think it would have been heated by then. Again, overall it was a nice place to stay. But for the expense, I expected better.

The location was great! I liked their 24/7 phone service because I had questions and I was able to talk to someone that answered my questions.
The grill was dirty and some of the appliances did not worked properly, for example the blender and coffe-maker.

Plenty of room for a large family. Restaurants and shopping was very close by.
The wifi was almost unusable. The grill was out of gas, extremely dirty and even after getting new gas bottles, the grill still wouldn't heat up to higher than 200 to even attempt to clean it. The beach walk was further than I thought it would be.
