Beautiful homestay with an extraordinary host - Miss Ten was like a mother for us <3”
Our stay at Miss Tens homestay was fantastic. The room was bright, beautifully furnished and really clean. The bathroom was chic and it's shower was separated by glass (it's pretty common in Vietnam, that toilet and shower is just one big room). But what really stood out was our host, Miss Ten. Such a lovely person, incredibly helpful when we needed anything and everytime we left or came back, she served us juices, tea, lemonades, candy or food. One evening she even invited us to dine with her, her husband and her son (it was really delicious). She booked us our trip to My Son and our cooking course at Triem Tay Bamboo Restaurant and Cooking Class and everything worked out perfectly. If I'm ever going to visit Hoi An again, I'd never think about a different hostel/homestay as Miss Tens.

5 star service, clean rooms, perfect location ”
Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is spot on. Miss Ten is happy to help you out with anything you might need (booking excursions, organising airport pick-up and drop-off, laundry, recommendations on sights to see). During my stay I observed first hand how she goes for the extra mile to make sure her guests are happy and well. Staying here makes you feel like you are part of the family so this is like your home away from home. I stayed at Miss Ten for 5 nights and I would highly recommend it for other travellers as well. Miss Ten made my stay at Hoi An such a lovely one and I'll definitely book a room here again if I ever decide to travel back to Vietnam. Oh, and watch out, you might get some treats while staying here (the banana and pineapple pancakes are to die for by the way!).

Perfect Homestay ”
If you are in Hoi An, then you must book your accommodation with Miss Ten. She is a wonderful host and made us feel like family. Miss Ten and her family would go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. She even helped us with bike hire, accompanied us to a local shop where we could get souvenirs at really cheap prices. The location is great, few min walk to the night market and 5-10 min walk to the Japanese bridge. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all the amenities. Breakfast was yummy each day, the home brewed green tea was my favourite. We got nice tips for travelling and booking our tours, enjoyed great conversations and had an amazing time. We would highly recommend everyone to book homestay with Miss Ten.

Best home stay in Hoi An”
Staying with Miss Ten is like being a part of her family. Nothing is too much trouble. From a wonderful welcome with homemade lemonade and some fruit to gorgeous coffee on a morning. Miss Ten and her family are all so friendly. One night she even made us some food which was beautiful. It’s located in the perfect area for the riverside where you can take a boat ride or grab some food and people watch. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We had a balcony room which was a lovely size with two big beds and a great powerful hot shower. Miss Ten will even help you to book activities. We only left today and are already missing staying there. Miss Ten certainly gets a 10/10 from us. Sharon & John

The best Hotel in Vietnam! ”
Miss Ten Homestay is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam, possibly all of South East Asia. From the moment we arrived, she was the most welcoming and kind hotel owner I have ever encountered. From the cold welcome drinks and pineapple, to her amazing home cooking, Miss Ten is an amazing hostess! She gave us free upgrades to the Deluxe room for free simply because nobody had booked them for the nights that we were staying. With a perfect central location and very clean accomodations, Miss Ten is a must-stay! 11/10!

Amazing stay didn't want to leave”
We originally only booked for one night but ended up staying 3. Homestay was lovely and clean with everything you need. Very reasonably priced. Perfect location. Minute walk from the night market, shops, restaurants. What really made our stay here was the landlady. One of the nicest people I've ever met. Made us feel at home from the off. Felt like we'd known her for years. We kept joking how she was just like our mums. Constantly giving us food and tea. I highly recommend staying here

Ten out of ten”
With friendly helpful hosts, clean comfortable rooms and a very central location, this is a great choice for your stay. Miss Ten is a warm and welcoming host with good recommendations for local food, places to visit and all round support. She arranged our motorbike hire and airport transport at good rates and even woke up early to give us breakfast before our airport run. We won't need to look for another place when in HA. Best Homestay in Hoian”
Miss Ten Homestay is the best homestay so far. The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is warm and comfy. Many furnitures are in place which makes you feel like at home. More importantly, Miss Ten is a very friendly host. I mean, just ask her anything! From money exchange to food suggestions, local tours to sightseeing routes, she is a very good resource. Best of the best!

Great, new guesthouse located just a quick walk from all the action, yet a bit away from the main craziness so you can sleep soundly at night. Amazing hospitality, very fair prices for activities and transport options, clean spacious deluxe room with the balcony (our friends had one of the inside rooms that stayed extremely quiet throughout the day). Good internet. Will be back for sure!

Fantastic stay at Miss Ten's!”
From the moment we entered the door we felt like family with Miss Ten. I had a hoarse voice from a cold so she made me a ginger tea everyday during my stay. The room was clean, the shower was great, location was fantastic and her husband drove us to our hotel in Danang after our stay. Breakfast was delicious too. Had a fantastic time here and highly recommend!

Simply amazing ”
The room n the host were perfect. You can see Miss Ten n her family trying their best to please all her patrons. Highly recommended to stay with them. You can also arranged tours/pick up with them at an affordable n competitive price as she never overcharges. I didn’t know about that so I booked my tours online only to find out that she could do them much cheaper. She offered to send us to danang with stopovers at marble mountain n Linh ung pagoda at very low rate. The location is literally few minutes walk from the eateries, night market, and old town.

We had the most wonderful stay at Miss Ten's Homestay! Miss Ten is an incredible host and went out of her way to make sure that we had the best time in Hoi An. Through her, we were able to rent bicycles to visit the beach and book a tour to visit My Son. Miss Ten is really the best and we are so happy we stayed with her.

Located within walking distance of old town and the night market, this home stay is run by the very sweet Miss Ten and her husband. They picked us up from the airport, and took us back to Da Nang. They had many options for assisting us if we wanted day trips, bikes rentals, or I'm sure many other things.
