Beautiful place exceeded expectations”
We found this hotel a year ago as a convenient stop en route to Meteora from the bottom on the Pelopponese. It's taken a year to achieve the trip. The hotel was amazing for the price and could have been the destination in its own right! Set by a deep blue sea with dark green rocky hill behind. Two pools . One set in an attractive landscape garden. Large rooms with quality furnishings of a style that lasts. Very spacious in communal areas too. The inclusion of dinner and two lots of evening entertainment were more than could be expected! There is a lot of walking in the hotel to get about as its large. If you seek personal service this isn't the place. The breakfast and dinner are large buffets with many people. But with carefully looking at all the dishes on offer before selecting you can create a quality balanced meal. The polenta cheese bakes at breakfast stood out as I can't digest wheat! Were a great change. House white wine was very pleasant. Thank you Mitsis Kamena Vourla you greatly exceeded our expectations. We just needed a longer stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful time here. The kids were absolutely obsessed with the pool, which is truly something special, and didn't want to leave. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, especially for families!!!

The hotel is nice, very beautiful scenery between mountain and sea. Rooms are well equipped, food is excellent staff is very kind and helpful. The only problem we faced is that we need to ask for everything about facilities, directions, what is allowed and what is not; while I expect to have better signs for directions and better provided information whether electronically or paper print. Overall it is recommended.

The hotel is nice and staff are extremely nice and helpful. The major problem is that the pool is too noisy with children playing. The lifeguard is not doing anything although they are doing dangerous activities to then and to the others around them.

Good stopover if driving from Athens to Thessalonika”
Pros: The location is beautiful with the mountain view behind, and the ocean view in front. The outdoor pool is nice, as is the outdoor thermal pool. Internet connection is good. Cons: the food is pretty terrible, but for the pricing that should be expected. I would suggest not purchasing a room with the meals, and just going out for meals. The spa does not offer any type of day pass or 2-3 hour pass as most spas do. Instead, they try to charge you for each single offering (first place I have ever seen charge separately to access dry saunas and steam rooms). The rooms are clean, but very outdated. Conclusion: don't make a trip here for this hotel, but if you happen to be in the area or driving through, it is a decent stop, especially if you have kids and want some water activities and/or cheap buffet meal options.

NOISE!!!”
There was a seminar during our stay and our room was right next door! The music from the seminar during quiet hours for the whole weekend was unbearable! The insulation was non-existent - it was as if we were inside the seminar! The staff didn't do anything at all with our complaints, not even to change our room.. We just wanted to rest for a weekend in a spa hotel and it turned into a nightmare... we left earlier of course..

Awful service”
The hotel denied our booking, even though we had already paid the hotel! They made us contact agoda to resolve the issue. It was a very nerve breaking process that made our stay awful. The service was very bad, the personnel was rude and unwilling to help. The spa is extremely expensive! 30 euros for 20' sauna & 20' hammam! Indoor pool was empty. Only positive the location. Food average.

Πολυ ομορφη εμπερια”
Ολα ηταν υπεροχα. Η τοποθεσια, οι παροχες και το φαγητο. Το μεγαλυτερο μερος του προσωπικου ευγενεστατο, εκτος απο το προσωπικο στο χωρο του spa που δεν ηταν ολοι προσχαροι και χαμογελαστοι. Σας λιγο να σου εκαναν "χαρη". Το φαγητο υπεροχο και οι κοπελες εκει Ευγενεστατες και γλυκες! Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα και θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε. Μεγαλο κ ισως το μονο μειονεκτημα, η πληθωρα κουνουπιων στο δωματιο. Με δικα μας αντικουνουπικα, ξεπεραστηκε το προβλημα μερικως.

Τα λόγια είναι φτωχά για να περιγράψω τους ανθρώπους εκεί, το προσωπικό που όχι απλά έχει ευγένεια , αλλά δείχνει την φιλοξενία του και τον επαγγελματισμό του μέρα νύχτα! Μπράβο σας και συγχαρητήρια! Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Και ιδιαίτερα το προσωπικό καθαρισμού που ήταν στον όροφο μας τι να πω; Εκτός ότι έλαμπαν όλοι οι χώροι … απλά θα πω ότι δεν υπάρχουν τέτοιοι άνθρωποι με Α κεφάλαιο σε όλα!!! Να είστε πάντα καλά!

Ιδανική επιλογή για ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά. Η επιλογή all inclusive είναι value for money. Το φαγητό πολύ καλής ποιότητας και ποικιλίας. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μοναδική παραφωνία η κακή ποιότητα αναψυκτικών, τα οποία μπορείς να προμηθευτείς μόνο αν τα ζητήσεις από το προσωπικό. Η πισίνα μεγάλη και άνετη να φιλοξενήσει πολλά άτομα. Οι ξαπλώστρες καλής ποιότητας. Για το πλήθος του κόσμου που φιλοξενεί ίσως έπρεπε να διαθέσει περισσότερο προσωπικό. Παρ όλα αυτά όλα τα παιδιά ήταν ευγενικά και πρόθυμα, ειδικά μια κοπέλα η Ερικα, η οποία ήταν εξαιρετική στη δουλειά της, πάντα ταχύτατη και χαμογελαστή. Οι υπηρεσίες του σπα αξίζουν το κόστος που καταβάλλεις για να χαλαρώσεις. Λίγο κουραστική η κοπέλα στη reception, πιεζε για περισσότερες υπηρεσίες ή πιο ακριβά πακέτα. Γενικά μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για θερινό προορισμό.
