Had a good 4 nights stay in the deluxe twin room (with platform). The room was spacious; beds were large and comfortable. Room amenities were more than adequate. The hotel provides 4 cans of mineral water instead of bottles. My room faced the main street and every night we could hear the sound of ambulances passing by. Opt for rooms not facing the main street if you are sensitive to noise. Check-in staff speaks fluent English and I could check-in before the official check-in time. The hotel location is walking distance away from Higashi-Ginza station, and about 10 mins walk to Ginza station. You can also walk to Tsukiji outer market.

Very Affordable and Comfortable hotel”
Good Hotel locations as its within the main roads. It is comparatively cheaper than other hotels nearby, but they certainly are comfortable and has its own awesome bathhouse. its like a hidden gems in the area.

Good location near Higashi Ginza station. Close proximity to Tokyo Station. Walking distance to the old Tsukiji market. Nearby good stores and restaurants. Hotel is quiet, helpful staff, and super clean. I feel like they had already figured out what I need for my visit. Will definitely comeback!!

1. Room size : especially twin rooms have street view and bigger room 2. Easily walk around Ginza for shopping 3. Convenient store access everywhere : across the street and by the corner 4. Onsen is open 6-9 am and 2 pm - 1 am 5. Breakfast is costly (not recommended) 6. Cleaning room everyday 7. Staffs very friendly and English speaking

Right smack at ginza, convenient subway station. 5 minutes grab taxi from Tokyo Station (if travelling outskirt). Stayed 1 night, nice room and have public bath. Just lacking amenities unlike other hotel.

Great hotel in Ginza”
I stayed four nights in this hotel. The best thing is the free public bath. It's not big but it's perfect enough to relieve after walking and traveling all day. The location is good and the staff is very nice. Since most of hotel rooms are small in Japan, I didn't care about the size of the room. But room size was ok for two people.

I have stayed here for 3 days, and i feel very comfortable with all.. the room is quite spacious with coffee table and chair, the bed, bed sheet was very comfy and clean also, pajamas was set, and the bathroom filled with full amenities and i loved the shampoo, conditioner, and soap.. the location also perfect, the combini just across the street, and there are finding machine inside.. Modern hotel in the heart of Ginza”
Fantastic hotel conveniently located right next to a Ginza subway station and across the road from the kabuki theatre. Excellent cafes and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel and the main Ginza shopping street is just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. This is a wonderful hotel and especially for the added bonus of the in-house Onsen. The staff were super helpful, efficient and kind assisting with all our requests before checking and during our stay. We travelled as a large family group and they are very kindly linked all our separate bookings and give us rooms on the same floor although we did arrived on different dates. I will definitely stay again

Really nice hotel ”
The hotel is very close to many of the main shopping areas in Tokyo such as Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabra, etc. They have many great facilities - the main one being the hot spring that they offer, its really relaxing and soothing after a long day of shopping :)

Great location, public bath and breakfast ”
This hotel is located in a very convenient location and is very clean. The breakfast was really nice and we were surprised that it’s got gym and a nice public bath. When it rained, there were free umbrella to rent in the lobby. The room is very new with centralized switch for lightening beside the bed. The hotel was considerate to offer nightware and free canned water in fridge. The whole experience of staying here was fabulous.

Walking to all shopping in ginza and to Tsukiji market for breakfast within 15 mins. Metro train takes you directly to and from airport. The size of the room is considered very spacious in Tokyo’s standard. I could open my big suitcase on the floor and still able to walk around with a seating area.

Nice hotel near Ginza station (around 350 metre) and Higashi Ginza. Walking distance to Tsukiji fish market too. If you like to shop, it is well located. Many shops and food are near this hotel. The have public hot bath (not real Onsen).

Very clean, just a few steps from the metro. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help. Rooms bigger than normal for Japan. Will book again next time I'm in Japan.

Spotless this hotel is so clean. I stayed 3 nights and everyday I came back to the room it has been cleaned so well. New bedsheets new everything and hardly any dust at all. Absolutely fantastic!

Location was great - a few meters away from the metro. You can walk to Tsukiji market and Ginza is right at your doorstep. The rooms are a bit small but that is most Japanese hotels. The onsen in the hotel is a nice plus especially after a long day of walking. I would definitely stay here again.

Located in one of the best spot which is really close to all the must-visit within Ginza! 5 mins to Ginza Six and all the other famous department stores, as well as restaurants, coffee shops and bars! Two Lawson's around the hotel so you can get all you need in a minute. It is also very close to Hibiya and Arakucho, both at 15 mins by walk. Highly recommended for you!

I have stayed in many hotels in Tokyo and for the price-range, this hotel comes out tops. Location is excellent. It is near to a couple of subway stations on different lines, and Ginza in itself is already a pretty central area accessible from many other parts of Tokyo and the airports. It took me around half an hour to get to Haneda Airport on the subway. I was with my elderly parents and we all absolutely loved the bath facility that mimicked a traditional open-air bath. It was a great way to soothe our bodies and legs after a day of powering through the city. The rooms here are also very spacious as compared to other business hotels in Tokyo offering rooms of the same prices. A very good-sized floor to ceiling window was in the Triple room and a very decent-sized seating area was also provided in the couple room I stayed with my husband. I will definitely stay here the next time I go to Tokyo again for the size of its rooms and the facilities.
