The lobby is on the 16th floor so you’ll enjoy the stunning view of Tokyo Tower and the city. Great spot for photos. The room is clean and unlike other hotels, it does not feel old and well maintained. Love the city and sunrise view from my room. And the breakfast is good. Location-wise, this hotel fits with the glamorous Ginza.

I stayed here on a whim, needing somewhere central and comfortable in case I caught covid on the plane and needed to lay low. The staff were excellent - all fluent in English and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and the hotel bar excellent. It is very central and the view of Tokyo Skytree is amazing. The rooms are small, but not unreasonably so for a hotel in Japan. The facilities are all excellent. Would happily stay here again.

Very convenient location in Ginza and walking distance to many name branded shops. It also has a Don Quijote across hotel and you can get all the necessities you need. The room is very clean and modern and you can enjoy the Tokyo City view from the hotel window. You won’t be disappointed with Mitsui hotels.

Mitsui...dont doubt to stay here. Around Ginza, easy to go anywhere. Delicious breakfast, many choices also, just we only got the standard room, which was too small, but yeah thats how japan hotel basicly.

Tho room is small...its probably avr size of japanese rooms.., but its the room with view so we like it better than other hotel rooms w no view. Can see tokyo tower from hotels lobby. Rooms are clean. Location is a bit far out vs millennium mitsui but still in short walking distance to everything ie ginza six.

Location is alright, close to shimbashi station (bit less than 10min), close to Ginza shopping district, food around the area is alright. Have a Donki next door and pharmacy shop. Staff were super friendly, spoke english. Didnt have much request for the hotel but everything was smooth from check in to check out.

It is an excellent an friendly hotel. I had a good room with fantastic view. For one person big enough. The room and bathroom are in modern style, with a lot of thinks to make the live more pleasant. So smart home, very good WLAN, AC adapter, fridge, water heater coffee, tea, water,.... The breakfast buffet is big and international with ham and eggs. Good central location but relatively quiet. Bus shuttle stop to Narita airport near the hotel.
