The stay was perfect. I was happy about the room size and how comfort the bed was. I love the pajamas the hotel provides. It was so comfortable to wear. I enjoyed using the BOSE speakers in the room as well. The service was exceptional. Even we did not ask for housekeeping, they would provide a bag of towels, cans of water and tea bags and hang them on the doorknob. The location was also perfect. Very close to two subway lines. You can simply walk to Tokyo Station. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is not big so if you have a big suitcase, it’s a bit tight but loved the chic atmosphere. Everything was clean. If I had time, I would have had breakfast at the cafe next to the lobby. It was a buffet type breakfast for 1,540yen.

The hotel is clean and staff hotel quite helpful when asking about direction. Breakfast is so so especially, not much varieties especially when I stay for a week so mostly i skip and eat elsewhere. Location is superb and convenient

Value for money room. Around 3min walk to Otemachi station (with convenience stall at the exit of Otemachi station). Around 7min walk to Kanda station and 10min walk to Tokyo station. Very nice and clean room. 10/10 will stay again

It's nice clean hotel. It's a little far from Tokyo Station though, but if to take 1 stop from Tokyo Station to Otemachi Station, we feel its better off walking directly from Tokyo station. It's walking distance to kanda Station too.

We had a great time at the hotel; the facilities are a bit basic, but great for the price, and the location is perfect to explore the city (great subway access!). The staff were also extremely nice, and they helped us arrange for our luggage to be sent in advance to our next destination, ehich was great.

It's close to Otemachi station. Some conveniet stores. 10 min walk to Tokyo station. We used Otemachi and Tokyo station to get everywhere we wanted to go. Nice location for our trip.

Great location, clean, well-appointed rooms (though Tokyo-standard in terms of size, ie relatively small). The pyjamas awaiting us on the bed were a nice attention. I booked one night to try it and then I thought it was good so I booked another night on my way back.

It was quite a walk from Tokyo station, but the Otemachi station is just close by. Located at the Business district. During lunch time - there were plenty of food trucks!
