Staff is top notch and it seemed like everyone spoke English. Was impressed by this budget hotel. Hotel is relatively new and it showed in the facilities. Lots of older Japanese hotels even though at a higher price point have clean but dated furniture and facilities, Mitsui Garden Hotel in Roppongi was state of the art and comfortable. Easy walk from the subway station, although if you are a heavy packer like me you should probably take a cab instead of the subway. The nearest subway exit has a considerable flight of stairs if you have mobility issues. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Easiest big landmark to refer to is the Don Quijote which is about a block away. A little noisy on a Friday night because there's a karaoke bar across the street and some of the clientele can get a bit boisterous. It was kind of fun watching the drunks try to grab a cab when I was fighting jetlag. Last day we checked out, left our baggage at reception and took a leisurely stroll to Tokyo Tower which you can see from some of the hotel rooms. Would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is very convenient. The hotel is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and my favourite DOn quijote. Our room has been cleaned throughly every day.

Excellent boutique hotel ”
Excellent boutique hotel. Large bath room. With separate stand shower and bath tub area. Also had a separate WC area and wash basin. The shower and WC area combines are larger than Intercon. Though the sleeping room is smaller than Intercon. It also has 2 coin operated washing/ drying machines. Microwave, etc. Highly recommended for biz travelers.

Great hospitality! Very efficient check in and check out. Spent 4 nights here. Spacious room (superior king room) , comparing to hotels in japan in general. Only few minutes walk from the metro and to Roppongi Hill, with various convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that if you’re sensitive to noise, it might be a problem. There are a number of night clubs and bars along the street with loud music even after 12am.

My no. 1 favorite "budget" hotel in 2022!”
Though I said "budget", it's just that I got a really exceptional experience for what I paid. Booked a queen room for a low price and it was more than I expected. Very spacy and clean with a modern touch, and we really love it! Perfect for couple/family, even only for a staycation. Not sure if all floors are the same, but there is an extra security door to access the hallway of my room. The food at the restaurant is nice. Staffs are very friendly, though most of them kept speaking Japanese to me (I always try to speak English at first to see if the description is true). The location is fairly good, too. It's just a stroll away from every attraction you wanna find in Roppongi: from nightclubs to shopping spots, from restaurants to convenience stores. Five mins walk from Roppongi station, too. I just wish the workout room has more strength equipment. The hotel entrance is also quite unnoticeable for some people. Also, there is no public bath like in other Mitsui chains (perhaps since it is a premier lineup). But all in all, excellent hotel, and instantly become my favorite of this year!

This hotel is in short walking distance to Roppongi station. It is also near Tokyo Tower. The room is very well maintained and with great space. Bathroom is big and comes with full amenities. Staff are helpful. Check in and check out are fast. There are vending machines, laundry and ice machine on the 13th floor.

Second time booking this hotel. I really liked taking my breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant called Balcon. It has a view of Tokyo Tower. For the price I got, the room felt luxurious, clean, and spacious. Would totally recommend.
