My first impression of this hotel was so good. All staff here was so kind and service-minded. The room was so clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. You can connect with the JR line, Keisei Line, and the subway from the hotel. The hotel is far from the Ameyoko shopping street only 700 m. If you have a plan to travel to the city near Tokyo, I recommended this hotel is so convenient. If I come to Tokyo again I will stay here for sure. What a wonderful place. 😊👍💕

I enjoyed staying at Mitsui Garden so much Very convenien since it’s next to Ueno Metro station You can check in anf check out from the Keos by yourself, less contact with the person however there’s always staff to assist you The room has everything you need, very clean, and pretty good size for Japanese standard You can take amenities by yourself at you ground floor Staffs are very helpful for store you luggage both before and after you stay Would love to stay here again

The hotel location is very good! beside is a Tokyo-Metro Subway entrance. JR Lines about a 3-5min walk - crossing the pedestrian overpass. (very convenient to a lot of shops and restos!)

Excellent Location ... Brand New Hotel”
1. Entrance to access Ueno Train Station is located just beside the hotel. The underground access also leads you with a 10 minutes walk all the way to Kesei Skyliner Station to connect the express train to Narita Airport, no exposure to sun or rain if you walk the open overhead walkways. 2. The room is clean and brand new, good size for a central Tokyo hotel. 3. They even provide a Face Steamer and Air Cleaner + Humidifier in the room. 4. Ameyoko Market with lots of food + shopping is directly opposite the hotel. 5. The 24 hours Family Mart and a Ramen Restaurant is also directly opposite the hotel. 6. Umbrellas are provided at lobby when it rains, you dont need to bring or buy your own umbrellas. 7. There is a nice coffee shop just beside the hotel. Will return again in future.

Convenient to go everywhere you wish and if you use Skyliner from Narita airport exit from that station go to left side you will found jr station (in underground) and walk till you found the sign of (G) Ginza line (metro) and then go to exit 1 and go up to road hotel will on your right side

Took this hotel because of its location. Walking distance to a number of trains. A lot of halal restaurants nearby. The only thing is that room size is a tad small otherwise it’ll be perfect.

Regarding the rooms, there are some rooms that are larger than the superior double room you stayed in. The room with a queen size bed and the room with two twin beds are larger than the superior double, so please use them the next time you come.
