Excellent”
The hotel is beautiful, clean, with nice people and a good location. The room was bigger than we expected, all very clean and full of natural light and the view of the mountains was lovely to have in the morning. The only uncomfortable thing was the pillows, too high and soft, not so comfortable.

All good except we were given smoking room”
Overall the room is value for money considering the size of the room and location. It was 10 min walk from the main train station which was very convenient. They also provided good toiletries and amenities. Bathroom is a little small, was challenging for my husband. Staff couldn’t speak English although they are friendly and helpful. My only complain is that they gave us smoking room, saying that non smoking rooms are all taken. So as you can imagine, the room stinks especially the bed. It wasn’t easy to sleep with the smell but thankfully we were too tired.

元がワンルームマンションだったらしいため、部屋の中に段差がある事と、風呂場の湯量に制限がある事以外は、清潔感のある設備と丁寧な接客に満足しています。 チェックアウトが11時というのも、朝から秩父神社に参拝して周辺を観光して戻ってくるのに丁度良いので、御花畑駅～秩父駅周辺を主体に観光する際は、また利用したいと思います。
