The hotel looks outdated but the lobby and the staff were nice, however, it was expensive for a twin room and the room was dirty.

Outdated rooms there was an unpleasant smell in my room coming from the toilet and bathroom I'm guessing from old pipe work. I was allocated a room with a view of an asphalt roof. I don't think this hotel is foreigner friendly.

Hotel did not let me know, onsen is free for hotel guests but still need to pay onsen tax 150 yen per person per time.

Pros: didn't charge me parking fee. Cons: 1. Hair clip on the floor 2. Windows facing wall without view, even though I stayed 2 days on weekday. 3. Charge me spa fee even I didn't use.

ここは古いけど本当に良かった！立地もさることながら、お土産品店に宮崎観光ホテルのブランドがあり、そこにしかないものも買えたりしてあとで色んなお土産やさんに回ったけどここに戻ってきたくらいここのお土産が一番良かった！マンゴーカレー、炭火焼き！また宮崎行くならここに泊まるって決めてます^ ^

家族3人で泊まりましたが、広くてきれいなお部屋に整った室内、バスとトイレも別々で、とても過ごしやすかったです。 温泉まで利用できて、ゆったり、今回は使用しませんでしたがお部屋に備え付けのバスもし広くてきれいでした。３人共大満足でした。
