A nice stay ”

Mizue is a quiet outer area of Tokyo and quite a way from more upmarket and interesting areas like Shinjuku and Ginza etc. However it is quite accessible on the Shinjuku line and after the rather long train ride the hotel is only a very short walk is a from the Mizue station's North/South exit which is good. The bed was very firm,and the pillow much harder than I would prefer however I got used to to both. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel which is good for a cheap breakfast. I liked the fact that the staff would say "welcome back" in the evening when I collected my key from the front desk. It was a nice personal touch.

Dissapointed”

There was confusion about my room. I wanted a "Double Room" (2 Beds) but on check in was given a room with a Japanese version of a double bed. (Single bed by US standards) I don't know if this problem was with Agoda or the hotel but did not get what was asked for.

If you are a smoker then you will not mind, the hotel does try to keep the smokers in set places but the smoke smell was heavy in the lobby. The location was great for my Conference but the bed was hard!

Exceptional”

The location is great- only one minute walk to the nearby metro station. The staff all tried their best to help. Cleanness is the signature of the Japanese culture. Free supply of tea bags, pretty tasty. The only thing I find it short of my preference is the bed sheet, a little too thin.

Need more improvement ”

Please find the more hospitalised staff, need more facilities in room especially in toilet, but overall is very good attitude and attention.... Thanks for your help to comfort us.

La habitación era pequeña para 2 personas . El aseo tenía un escalón alto y era pequeño con bañera. No habian armarios y la ropa todo el tiempo metida en las maletas. No fue de nuestro agrado

実家への帰省に利用しました。 スタッフの方は親切丁寧な対応で安心できました。 朝晩は寒かったので暖房が利用できると良かったです。

駅の目の前で、1階にカフェもあって、とても良かったです。 ただ、受付の方の対応が少し気になりました。

二次会後の宿泊に利用”

毎度利用させていただいています。 二次会のカラオケ館からすぐの場所で直ちに眠ることができます。 客室に用意されたティーバッグのお茶は十分な数があり毎度持ち帰らせいていただいております。 風圧の強いドライヤーも壁に繋がっているタイプのものでないのが好印象です。 私にとってはないと困るホテルです

駅近ホテルで船橋方面に便利！”

瑞江駅から徒歩１分。駅出口から見えます。 朝食付きのプランで宿泊しましたが、朝食はホテルと隣接している別施設で、和食なら「なか卯」で納豆定食か鮭定食、洋食ならホテル直結のコーヒーショップでサンドウィッチセットのチョイスでした。別施設とは知らなかったのです。納豆定食にしましたが、なか卯の通常の納豆定食ではなく、サラダと目玉焼きが付いているホテルセットでした。笑 部屋は至って普通のビジネスシングルでした。 が、1点他と違う良かったポイントは、バスルームに小さな物干しハンガーがあった事！ たまにハンカチや靴下を洗う事がありますが、それを干すのに洋服用のハンガーを使い、ハンガーが足りなくなりますが、これがあれば、ハンガーも干す場所も問題ないですね。 （でも今回は使いませんでしたが。。。） スタッフの対応も至って普通で良かったです。 秋葉原(岩本町へ21分)や市ヶ谷(28分)に行くのに乗換えなし、船橋方面へ乗換えて15分程度で行けます。

ディズニーランドへ行き帰りに宿泊するホテルとしてお手頃であり、ディズニーランドへのアクセスが簡単。意外と近い。 車があれば、家族連れには移動が楽な位置にあるホテル

そこそこ広い”

ホテルの対応は良いです。 一緒にタイ人を連れていたのですが、それなりに英語で対応してくれていました。 場所もディズニーランド、幕張メッセが近くにあり、電車も都営新宿線が通っており交通の便は悪くないです。 部屋も東京都内のホテルとしては広い方だと思います。 ベッドもセミダブルで一人で寝るには十分でした。 また利用したいと思います。
