Friendly owner. Cute house from outside.
Unfortunately not clean at all. Bathroom is smelly, old shower. Bedroom door does not close, matresses are hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen is the worst, everything is sticky and looked like it did not get cleaned for months! Fridge and freezer are disgusting.

We were extremely glad to visit Kolashin and this place particularly. This is a very cozy and quiet place, and there is a small river near a backyard! Also, there were a lot of small kitchen things which can be useful for people who would like to prepare food in the house.
I don't think there is anything to improve, it's already a cozy and nice place. I will be happy to live here in the winter holidays. Private parking, hospitable host, and beautiful nature around :)

Le chalet est très beau, il y a une petite terrasse derrière avec une petite rivière qui passe. L'intérieur est joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils. Le chalet est au calme un peu en dehors de Kolašin mais proche de l'endroit où nous allions randonner. C'était parfait pour nous.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln”

Sehr gemütliches Holzhaus direkt am Bach, so dass man bei offenem Fenster immer das Plätschern des Wassers hört - sehr schön :-). Vollständige Küche. Gutes Restaurant weinge Meter die Straße runter.
WLAN nicht vorhanden und wurde auch trotz mehrfacher Versprechen, das zu beheben, nicht nachgebessert. Das ist gerade in einem Nicht-EU-Land, wo man für die mobile Internet-Nutzung horrende Roaming-Gebühren zahlen muss, schon sehr ärgerlich. Wir hatten Frühstück für 5,- EUR p.P. dazu gebucht, was im Restaurant gegenüber serviert wurde und auch dort separat zu zahlen war; wir (3 Pers.) hatten jeder aus der Frühstückskarte ein Gericht gewählt, das dort mit 3,- bis 3,50 EUR angegeben war, dazu jeder ein Getränk - und dafür die vereinbarten 15,- EUR gezahlt - und dann sollten auf einmal die Getränke noch separat gezahlt werden, weil die nicht im Pauschalpreis für's Frühstück enthalten waren. Also besser das Frühstück nicht mitbuchen und einfach so im Restaurant (oder eben auch woanders im Ort) frühstücken gehen - das ist dann günstiger. Küche hätte sauberer sein können (z.B. Kühlschrank war offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr von innen gereinigt worden). Im Bad abplatzende Farbe an der Decke und immer ein recht übler Geruch, vermutlich durch den Abfluss im Boden. Wie schon jemand anders geschrieben hatte: die bei booking.com hinterlegten Koordinaten sind nicht korrekt! Man muss die Straße ca. 500m weiter raus fahren (Richtung Skigebiet) - die Lodge liegt schräg gegenüber vom Restaurant "Viline Vode", wo man am besten nachfragt - das gehört offensichtlich der gleichen Familie und wir konnten dort bei einem (kostenlosen!) Getränk kurz warten, bis wir vom Eigentümer der Lodge abgeholt wurden.

На пару дней проживания , с условием того, что вы будете по большую часть своего времени проводить на склоне - классно.”

Очень хорошее расположение, напротив ресторан, до склона 7 минут езды. Крытое парковочное место, влезет две машины. Классный зал, новый телевизор, в доме было очень тепло , есть и камин, и кондиционер, и настенный обогреватель. Пастельное белье чистое, матрасы и подушки вполне удобные.
Не совсем чисто. На кухне и в туалете с потолка сыпется краска, свисает кусками. Душевую пора просиликонить заново- плесень. Старая сантехника, краны еле работают. Нет зеркала и других мелочей для ванной, требуется ремонт. Маленькая кухня, не очень чистая, чужие крошки. В спальнях нет розеток. Комод сломанный, ящики просто не выдвигаются, при попытке выдвинуть, чуть не свалился на ноги. Внутри мусор от предыдущих гостей.

- Уютный теплый дом, нам очень понравился. Очень мило, что были даже новогодние украшения, что создавало атмосферу - Отличная кухня! Так как у нашей компании по плану были шашлыки, да и завтраки мы тоже устраивали сами, было очень важно иметь достаточно посуды. - Есть дровяная печь, в доме было тепло - Частная парковка с навесом возле дома - Душ удобный, есть стиральная машинка (мы не пользовались), все чистенько - Хозяин дома был на связи, быстро отвечал
- Были определенные сложности с тем, чтобы найти дом, локация на букинге немного неправильная. И плюс несколько похожих деревянных домов расположены рядом - мы немного запутались :) - Некоторые двери неплотно закрывались, но это не критично
