IT CHAOTIC. CANNOT USE THE WIFI INSIDE YOUR ROOM ”
FOR VALUE OF MONEY?? ITS WAS SO EXPENSIVE. ITS LIKE SOGO HOTEL ONLY FOR SHORT TIME. SO SORRY I AM DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE. WIFI FOR US BUSINESS TRAVELERS IS SO ESSENTIAL. DOING IT INSIDE THE ROOM WILL BE PERFECT RATHER THAN DOING IT IN THE LOBBY ENTRANCE AND SO MANY SHORT TIME GIRLS COMING IN AN OUT OF THE HOTEL.

At first, I was nervous when I checked-in. They didn't have my reservation in their file. The hotel is really old, no hot showers, our toilet and shower clogged, internet is extremely slow. To balance, staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Filipino food served in hotel restaurant was great! Very affordable and convenient stay.

My stay was peaceful and relaxing! There were some minor problems: the internet was slow, and the drainage in the bathroom (toilet, shower and sink) was poor! The food was very good, reasonably priced, and the speed of service was very quick! I enjoyed ordering Tenderloin steak and french fries for tea, while my favorite breakfast was Longanisa and garlic rice! It was disappointing that I wasn't allowed to have hot chocolate instead of coffee, considering they were both the same price! But, overall, I enjoyed the food very much! The room was basic, clean and comfort, but nothing spectacular! For a deluxe room, the only addition was a fridge and bar! I didn't notice any other luxuries! I was hoping for a bath! But, to be honest the extra cost for a deluxe room was very small Perhaps the best thing about the hotel was the staff! They always served with speed and efficiency and always had a smile on their faces! I didn't sense anything haughty or servile about the staff either! Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing low budget stay!!

I had a very pleasant experience! My room was basic, but clean and comfortable — everything you'd expect for the price. The staff were always polite and friendly, and their speed of service was impressive, especially when ordering food! There was free Wi-Fi and it only enabled poor internet speeds on a few occasions! The temperature of the water when showering was not as hot as I'd have liked, but that has been a consistent problem for me in my three stays in Philippines! The food was served quickly and I found it was to a very decent standard! I ordered steak twice, and was not asked how I liked it cooked, so it came medium to well done on both occasions, with the second serving being larger in size than the first! Initially, I was less than impressed by breakfast, having ordered the American! I'd have liked a full English breakfast with bacon, sausages, fried eggs etc. When I was adventurous enough to order Philippine breakfast, I ordered bangus (fish) and enjoyed it. Although I've found the food in the Philippines okay, in this hotel, the food was much better than average! On a couple of occasions, I had a problem with my toilet chain, and after being fixed the first time, I complained again, and the problem was solved! I've enjoyed it here, and on returning to Bacolod, I've booked the same hotel for three more nights, this time in the Deluxe room! Expect more favorable reviews from this easy going, strict but fair, and happy customer!!

Very nice place to stay in Goldenfield commercial complex. Room has very good value for money - big, clean with good bed. Quick and efficient check-in/out. Hospitable staff. 10 min. by taxi to pier.
