The apartment was over priced, the building felt unsafe and there was such a lack of communication I was left to deal wi”

The location was good for the town centre.
I had no hot water - and I called multiple times to report the issue, and nobody came back to me or to fix it. I spent £3,500 to stay somewhere without hot water. Also during my month long stay, the sheets weren’t changed and it wasn’t cleaned (there wasn’t even an offer of this). I’ve had no response from any of my feedback, and no offer of support. The front door of the building was broken into meaning the building was not secure whilst staying there.
