NOT ALLOWED - Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited (you can in the terrace, but please be very responsible) - Parties are strictly prohibited (or inform us in advance and we might allow) - Uninvited guests/visitors are STRICTLY prohibited - Pets are strictly prohibited in the whole building - Illegal activities (please don't do any) THINGS TO NOTE - Please maintain the cleanliness of the room - Please don't forget to turn off the air-conditioning & other electronics when leaving or not in use - Please be careful when using the appliances - If you have children with you, please maintain care of everything - If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - There can be power outages and there's no generator to power the room - You may hear slight noises from the nearby construction PARKING - Feel free to park at the building's designated parking area. EARLY ARRIVAL - In case you arrive early, the condominium building doesn't have a lobby/reception area where you can wait and relax. We highly suggest you kill time at a nearby restaurant or park. We will let you know right away when the room is ready. REQUIREMENTS - We require each guest to send us their Government-issued IDs at least 3 days before checking in, in compliance with the building rules and regulations. DAMAGE FEES - If you damage something, we will send you an invoice and have to pay the fee within 2 days
