PERFECT STAY FOR PET-OWNERS”
Upon arriving at Moldex, we were immediately escorted to the Unit. The place was very clean, cozy and perfect for pet-lovers. The studio that we occupied has the basic necessities needed for a wonderful stay in Baguio -- electric kettle, fridge, conduction stove, TV with cable, shower with heater, couch and clean beddings. Our furry pal enjoyed his stay through the overlooking views through the balcony. The parking space is limited, but the whole management of Moldex Residences is very considerate, friendly and will let you find a double parking space to safekeep your vehicle. 3 thumbs up!

The residence was clean, everything was in order. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. The location was perfect for our needs. Would stay again, and will recommend to friends and family!

Great place with one very minor inconvenience”
Great place with a great view. About 5 mins outside the proper so it's not super crowded and is semi-private. The property was nice and the unit is great. Only inconvenience is the wifi doesn't really reach the bed area or the bathroom. You have to be less than 8 feet from it. It's super fast though. I'd suggest an upgrade on the router. Would also like to recommend that they provide hangers/hooks since there's no place to hang your clothes/towels aside from the single rack in the bathroom.

Couple on vacation with small dog”
The place is great for pet owners. They allowed our baby dog to stay without any additional cost. The room is large for the both of us coz we took the 1-bedroom unit that can fit upto 5 adults. The room got a balcony where you can smoke, vape or relax and have some coffee. Kitchen tools are complete too. Only cons is that the TOILET IS SO SMELLY. Even with the exhaust turned on, the smell won't go away. The place is near Puregold Jr. But you need to take a cab or drive (3mins) going there. Parking is very limited but they allow double parking but you need to leave your keys with the guards. All in all we ENJOYED our stay, and will definitely consider staying here again on our next Baguio visit! Cheers!

Pros: Location, value for money, comfy bedroom, clean and room is well lit Cons: Room where we stay has limited view since we were assigned on the LG which doesn't have balcony. :(. Limited phone signal. Wifi doesn't work.

Super accomodating si Mam Iris, imagine 5am tinawagan namin sya at pumayag sya na mag iwan kami ng gamit.. Super ok din yung unit except lang dun sa mga ipis...Pero overall ok naman at na-enjoy namin ang pag-stay!!

The condo is very basic. 2 beds, a tv (you need to have your own netflix acct to watch netflix), a bathroom, microwave to heat your takeout and a small fridge. The owner didn't bother to decorate the place at all. If you are looking for a place where you can sleep at night, this should be ok, i guess.
