Superb view, nice property but mismanaged :(”
We booked for 2 days, arrived later than 7pm bec of traffic. Upon arrival we noticed all comfort rooms were not cleaned up, trash bins were full, shampoo sachets and used soaps still there. Jacuzzi is also broken, we were not informed in advance. The guests prior us broke it. They provided us portable water heater but it did not do the work. Dinnerwares and cooking wares were not complete, and rice cooker does not have its cord. We had to use gas stove (with additional charge for LPG use) so we can cook rice. The karaoke too was broken, they provided a new one but was immediately pulled out the next day without a word, technician fixed the existing broken one hours after. Day of checkout, agoda says not later than 4pm, they informed us we need to be out by 2pm, unless we pay extension charge. After a quick clarification, they changed it to 3pm, no charge. Management was quick to respond on our complaints but the staffs assigned at the property really lack customer service training, they did not talk to us, no welcome, no orientation of the place and facilities, nada. Its like you're on your own. (2 staff present are 2 teenagers. Who probably were there just to 'bantay' the property.) It was a relaxing stay nonetheless. Property is beside main road, but still was quiet. Location is very convenient. Pool view is superb with a nearby mountain. Pool water is warm, very perfect even it is raining during our stay. Garden is nice, outdoors are well lit. They should do more to maintain the place, especially on cleanliness. Otherwise, 'sayang'.

everything is good and the kids were excited and enjoy the pool. The caretaker also is very helpful. just a little concern in the AC in the master bedroom because it was too noise so we didn't sleep at that room instead we use the other one. also some electrical outlets are not properly fix although this is only minor concern hope the owner will fix this soon we are planning to go back soon with this place.
