Spacious rooms ”

We had a great stay. Though they do not speak English well, the staff are warm and friendly, they even gave us a room upgrade without asking for it. Great value for money as our rooms and the bathrooms were very spacious. Our breakfast buffet had enough food selections. I like the location because it does not have a crowded surrounding and it is near the beach.

The hotel is near the beach, having great view. Everything is good, except the room is quite small just fit for 1 people.

a really bad hotel”

I was not happy to stay in this hotel, service was not good. The thing I saw when I reach to the floor was all cleaning ladies have just finished their a nap in a room. The second one I was not satisfied is I have noted to my booking that I need twin beds but they gave me a double bed room. The bathroom was very dirty and smelly, water was leaking so bad from the pipe under the sink and I had to wait after lunch break to fix it. I could not stand the smell of smoke in the room, I also noted that non-smoking room on my booking and the food was poor. The location is not near the beach. Our holiday was ruin by staying in this hotel

今回、2泊3日の宿泊に利用しました。ロケーションはビーチからは、徒歩5分と利便性は良いのですが食事などの場所があまりなく露店の海戦などで満たす他中心部までは、タクシーなどを使用します。ダナン駅からは15分位でホテル自体中クラスのホテルなので道を訪ねてもたどりつきます。 WI-FIは、電波状態が悪く1F以外は、部屋の外に出ないとスムーズにつながりません。アゴダで予約しましたが、アゴダ直ではないらしく、ホテルバウチャーの発行、領収書の発行はMY予約からはできません。チャックインの際にバウチャーがなく受信メールや予約IDを見せましたが調べるのに20分程要しました。

夜、上階から大きな騒音が響いた。 朝のモーニングコール、タクシーの手配を頼んであったが、一切忘れていた。 宿泊料金が決済済みかどうか、尋ねられた。
