Very unaccommodating ”
I was delayed in arrival due to a winter storm and flight cancellation and emailed them to see if we can move the dates. I paid over 2k in accomodation and spent a few thousand with them last month. Despite issues out of my hand they just responded that they can't do anything and that I should just contact my agent too bad not our problem. Just rude

Nearby to JR station. Quite a fare bit of walking if you are bringing lots of luggage. Food is everywhere. Not much of a view but if your plan is just to explore Tokyo then its worth it! Just 3 stations from main Tokyo JR station and 1 station from Akihabara.

One of the best budget hotel with facilities ”
Very strategic as it very near to several Metro stations that is very convenient for travel to famous hotspots like Ameyoko Market, Akihabara, Ueno, etc and near to Lawsons. Family room is well equipped with facilities like washing machine, kitchen equipments. Credit goes to the hotel staff for being very helpful in getting our requests (e.g airport transfer) settled without any issues. Really will consider coming back for Tokyo trip.

A good accommodation for family”
This hotel is very family friendly. Our kids like the tatami and every morning they were watching the train passing by from the window when they got up (but it’s not noisy even the trains are very close). The room has a very nice wash machine with dry function which is a super hero to parents if the family has a long stay. And the hotel provides plenty of nice clean towels. The small kitchen is also very useful with nice tablewares (it also provides with cookware but we didn’t use). The most important to me personally is that it’s super clean. The location of the hotel is also convenient. Supermarket and convenient stores are nearby for grabbing drinks, fruit, dairy and breakfast. Okachimachi station is just 8 mins walk and Ueno station is 12 mins walk. In Ueno, you have variety options for dining.

Thankfully we chose here. Spacious & clean. Location was ideal, very close to many Subway lines, & with many restaurants & convenient stores (Lawson, Family Marts) everywhere. Washer & a vac cleaner are useful for long stays, since Housekeeping is once a week. Basic amenities are provided too, so you don't need to bring your toiletries unless you prefer your own. Kids love this place, & want to stay here again if we ever go to Tokyo again.

I must gave the receptionists two thumbs up. I have nothing to say but deep respect of their honesty and work ethics. Our room is sparkling clean with superb Okachimachi Stn view. The surrounding areas are less crowded except Ameyoko Street which could get quite overwhelming during weekends. Walking distance to Tokyo Jewelry Town and Akihabara.

Comfortable Stay”
We had the most comfortable stay at this hotel. It is spacious for four of us, with washing and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and dining table! We managed to park our car for the entire 3 days in their one and only carpark lot. Walking distance to a shopping street with cheaper clothes and nice food. Walking distance to train station and convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and spacious room for 4 person. Room is clean and well maintained. Location is superb. There is a Lawson convenience store just across the road. 5 mins walk from JR station. Highly recommended for families
