Comfortable and affordable”

I can say that my stay at Monti's place is a memorable one. I was able to locate the place easily using the landmarks specified at the website. I can say that it has been a great experience to stay at the hotel because I had a good night sleep. I look forward to book another stay here when I get the chance to go to Batangas again. The hotel staff who stayed at the front desk are, Ariel, is very accommodating and friendly. He attends to my needs as fast as he could. I can say that he provided me a quality service.

We went during the Holy Week season, our purpose is to do our Visita Iglesia in the Batangas area. It is a very convenient hotel. Close to most churches. Close to local restaurants. They have their own restaurant that serves good food at very reasonable prices. Free breakfast. No hair dryer! Very friendly staff.

Transient Stay”

They could definitely do better. There was no one on the front desk when i came in. There are 2 Monti's in Lipa and this was not communicated. Checked in late at around 11PM. Staff have to call the other branch on mu reservations. When it was confirmed, staff lead me to a seemingly kept building behind the signage. When I came in, nothing was plugged in. had to manually plug everything including the shower. Bed is not comfortable and bed sheet is too sheer for my liking. I bet it wasnt clean as well. When I checked out staff was blocking the door had to push through. The first Monti's was located in an unpaved road with a good 100m walk from the min road. The only saving grace was that it was near a 711 shop. I think i paid too much for the soap, toothbrush and shampoo set.

Although this hotel is out if the way a little it does offer good value for money, the rooms are clean, the food is great and all the staff are friendly and very helpfull

What Might Have Been A Good Hotel For Transients”

The pictures on the site are quite appealing however when you get to the actual property you will notice signs of disrepair and neglect. The location is excellent in terms of accessibility to malls, stores, and restaurants however the access road is quite narrow and unpaved. Parking is cramped. The rooms look old. Paint is chipping, TV's are CRT, the pillow and bed are disappointing. The room is really small. Food is quite good (breakfast) and served quickly. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The manager is not knid and even he didn’t prepare breakfast before I ask fot it to him. I paid hotel fee including breakfast.

It was average. The toilet was not that clean. Also, they have 6 dogs inside the cage at the groundfloor, beside their parking area. That area smells. Their restaurant is dirty.

場所的にはちょっとわかりにくいかもしれないです。寝るだけなら問題なし。

場所的にはちょっとメインの通りから入ったところで、ちょっと分かりにくいかもしれないです。 部屋は思っていたよりもかなり狭く、ちょっとイマイチ。

ちょっと外れの場所”

ちょっと外れた場所にあり、バスのターミナルからはトライシクルで10分、30pくらいでした。 ただ大きい荷物がなければターミナルや中心部から歩いても行ける距離です。 安く、朝食付きでスタッフも親切です。
