A very comfortable accomodation on the lake”
Is a very decent accomodation with serviced apartments and studios located on the west lake of Hanoi. We are very lucky that we did not choose an accomodation in the center where there is a lot of noise and pollution (mostly from the millions of motorcycles) and most buildings are old. This is a recently new building, the cost with taxi to the center is low. Mattress, washing machine, air conditions etc are new. We stayed at the lake view apartment, maybe not as big as in photos but a good size and with a beautiful view of the lake especially from bedroom. The lady at reception made us the favor to move us to 3rd floor so view was better and there was much less noise from street. What certainly can be improved is the breakfast, don't expect a European breakfast in any way and generally is poor. There are 4 plates to choose at cafeteria next door, no coffee or tea, fruits or anything else(must pay ifneed something extra).Cafe has potentials can be improved as well. All staff polite

Right on Westlake, but main difference is friendly staff. Not much food choices around, and walls are thin. You can hear the whole level.

Nice , clean but location not the best if you want to explore the city. Staff doesn’t speak English only a little so is hard to communicate. Breakfast wasn’t great and drinks are not included.Otherwise everything was great

rude and unprofessional staff”
stayed here for a night with my parents and will never come back 1. no service from staff at all - we had 4 large suitcases and they didn’t even bother to look at us or lending a hand, 2 guys at the reception playing on their smartphone 2. arrived around 12pm and our rooms were already available, but staff didn’t want us to check in early so he asked for money instead .. telling him that’s a first and he rudely replied „that’s business hny“ (kinh doanh mà em ơi) 3. room was ok, separate bedroom and living room, bathroom was not clean enough, balcony had a large machine making noises all night definitely not worth the money

I stayed with family. The room is so small and dirty, different from the images. The lobby is so small and narrow while it looks very wide in the photos. When I booked , there are still 3 rooms with lake view but When I call to hotel, they informed no more but check in system still available, they suggest changing to another room. It’s not integrity working way. Staff are not professional and not friendly. Only position is nice for person would like to walk around West lake

We booked the queen studio 25 sqm2 but staff from department gave us the standard room 15 sqm2. They told us the agent made this booking for us. The room was small and wall was wet, fuggy.

Vinmart - nearby breakfast - provided staff- wonderful cleanliness - very good but design of toilet shower is a bit weird, water splashes out washing machine - provided cooking - yes price - very good considering the facilities definately will stay here when in ha noi.
