very bad service! i phoned several requesting to have radiator and heated towel rail working which was never done. plug not nearby to use kettle. dampness on wall in shower room. found room wasn't sound proof after having very noisy customer in next room coming in during very early of mornings slamming room door and shouting with TV on loud which woke me up both nights around 2.20am!
