Great ocean view ”
When my group arrived we was excited until we got to our room it smelled like a dead animal. We had to beg to switch rooms. Room small but clean. Be aware of the tiny ants. The staff do not understand or speak English so hard to communicate. Room service was slow and when we called we got hung up on. Next time I will continue my stay at another hotel that have better customer service.

Nice Stay”
Beautiful location and view of the bay of Tunis/suburb, beach snorkeling so so, excellent food at the restaurant and nice pool area. Hammam was closed for a month, no mention of that during booking! I would return to this hotel nonetheless

Our first room was littered with previous users gunk. Veranda with used glasses and stubbed out cigarette butts. Grass hadn’t been mowed in weeks. I complained and they move us to a clean room. Why didn’t we get it in the first place! The beach!!!!! Filthiest beach on the Mediterranean! Next door beach was pristine and the Movenpick was garbage and debris from months ago. Staff unconcerned.....just said yes yes yes, we are working on it. They said the same thing about WiFi not working Yes yes yes. Lawn not mowed...yes yes yes.

Disappointed”
The room was full of flying bugs all days coming over and over again may be from the AC with no solution from the hotel management. I had an emergency one day earlier leave but despite that hotel management refused to refund a one day.

King Executive Sea View”
The additional cost over the Classic was not worth the significant extra cost. Whilst the view was nice, the bathroom is smaller with no bathtub, the toiletries advertised as being 'superior' were in fact the same as the Classic room. The hairdryer was not intergrated into the bathroom

Hôtel mal entretenu, gazon sec, la nuit les lumières sont éteintes et quand ils sont allumés la plupart sont grillés, la piscine n’est pas très propre heureusement il ya la plage. En deux mots: qualité prix nul.

Très bon séjour ”
Bel hôtel dont l’architecture se fond dans le paysage, tout en rez-de-chaussée avec une déclivité vers la mer. Beau hall d’entrée. Grand buffet varié pour le petit déjeuner dans salle climatisée ou sur terrasse près de la piscine. Le personnel est très poli et sympathique. Les chambres avec vue sur mer sont très bien, simples et propres, grand lit et petit canapé avec table basse, belle salle de douche. Piscine très agréable, serviettes et bouteilles d’eau fournies avec personnel présent pour le service et snack. Pour les inconvénients : La literie est un peu dure, pas d’étagères dans la douche pour poser les accessoires. La vue sur les terrasses en béton n’est pas belle malgré la mer au fond. Cet hôtel aurait besoin de travaux d’aménagements extérieur pour le rendre encore plus agréable notamment depuis le hall où on ne profite pas de la vue sur mer et la terrasse du restaurant aurait besoin de meilleures finitions.

Plutôt bien malgré un service moyen de la part du personnel pour un 5 étoiles, ménage à parfaire, le restaurant est pas à la hauteur, on a mis 25 minutes à me proposer la carte.
