Totally bad experience! Really bad service and would definitely not recommend it again”
Overall, the experience is very bad and it’s not something I would expect from a five-star hotel. We arrived at the hotel in a car and were left to find our own parking which took us ages due to limited parking space. We managed to find a parking at the lowest floor and were surprised to find no lift in the parking. We’d to carry our luggages up the stairs ourself. No one is there to help us despite many staffs passing by. We arrived at new year eve in the hope that they’ll be a celebration in the hotel only to find out that all these events have to be pre-booked beforehand. We were left very disappointed. Worse, we got a room on the first floor and had to suffer with the noises below until 6am in the morning! Moreover, the breakfast weren’t great and the service was bad. It took ages for the waiter to come cleaning our plates despite many of them standing there chatting. Lastly, I would expect to have a bathrobe and slipper provided for a holiday resort but none was provided.

This hotel was terrible. Workers were terrible. No respect, No kindness. I stay 2 nights and they don’t clean room. Food was terrible. Cheap and bad quality !!!

Great hotel with amazing staff”
I've had a blast while staying in this hotel over weekend. Everything is well organized, all facilities are in great condition and services are outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in the beautiful city of Sousse. Hors de prix at très sales , mal entretenu ”
Tout est à revoir , équipements vieillissants , personnel agressif , chambres sales , bruyantes . Énormes manque d’hygiène et de maintenance . Abords de la piscine casses et pleins de moisissures . Carte du restaurant piscine absolument degueulasse . Tous les transats en bois doivent être jetés et remplacés , le matériel est vieux et non réparés ou entretenus ( matelas piscine , tables en bois ….. ) Le Marriott juste à côté est de loin le meilleur compromis , rien à voir !! Il faut fuir de cet hôtel . Ils doivent impérativement remettre les standards de la chaîne Accor à niveau sinon l’hôtel partira en décrépitude.

J'ai réservé pour la nuit du 17 août et votre site mathématiquement bloquer la date du 25 août et envoyer une confirmation pour le 25 août alors que j'étais sur le trajet pour arriver à l'hôtel qui lui-même était complet les responsables sur place mon premier que mon compte ne serait pas débiter heure il a été débité j'ai dû de ce fait trouver une solution par moi-même car il n'y a que des incompétents qu'il travaille sur place et le cadet de leurs soucis et de répondre à vos demandes j'ai donc envoyé ma sœur avec son mari pour profiter du séjour sur place mets le retour qu'il m'en fait un que cet hôtel mérite pas du tout le tarif que vous appliquez et encore moins la réputation qu'il a sur le net je ne recommanderais certainement pas cet hôtel tu as des amis et encore moins le site agoda sachant que pour moi cette réservation est un test pour savoir si ça me plairait de passer régulièrement dans cet hôtel même avec la masse on finira dans un tiroir comme celle de tout le monde puisque

Bonjour L'idée n'est pas mal, mais la sécurité à l'entrée laisse à désiré. Il ne sont pas accueillant et très agressif et aucun sens du relationnel, Quand à l'hôtel en lui même il est très propre et classe ainsi que le reste du personnel. Mais les chambres pour un hôtel de cette envergure ne sont pas à la hauteur.

とにかく高級感があり、窓辺のお部屋からはプールや海が広く見渡せて絶景でした。プールがとにかく広い！ お部屋のフルーツサービスも嬉しかった！ 日本食のレストランもあり、とても素敵でした。歩いて行ける距離に砂浜や遊べる場所がたくさんあり、また時間も絶対ここに泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！
