Friendly folks needs some tweaks on your IT and computer stuff. And a new elevator might help. Enjoyable friendly pleasant staff especially the Jamaican young lady at the front desk. She is a great manager and knows her job ND executes it professionally and with grace

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Only thing wrong is when my fiance went into the bathroom he found a roach.

The staff were very good, pleasant. However the rooms are dated, they are in the middle of remodeling. Doors stick, very noisy. No phone in room, no internet no clock. Bed was comfortable but squeaked with every movement.

This hotel was under renovation. We stayed in a room that was still being renovated. The workers worked at night and early morning. Did not sleep at all. Staff said they were unaware that the workers worked through the night or that early, which was unbelievable, since the workers were all around the hotel. Our room had plastic over the windows, dead smashed roaches on the wall and air conditioner wires still out of the air conditioner (although they were taped up and air conditioner did work).

If you’re looking for an inexpensive option to stay in the middle of Pigeon Forge fun, this is a great option. However, I would have liked to have seen cleaner facilities (rooms and towels).

Great location, great price. Room itself was a room. If you’re looking to spend more on doing things and less on a room, this fits. If you need fancy amenities, this is not for you.

This is a Poppin place. The place is ok. Needs updated. But if you don't mind a ordinary place it's ok to sleep. Right on the main drag for everything happening.

For the money we paid the location was great. The TV was old and discolored. The pool was nice but could use updating. The A/C didn't work the best but the biggest issue was housekeeping stole my muscle relaxer perception so make sure you keep your valuables and medication safe.

The hotel is currently under renovation. I wish that had been specified before we booked. The outside of the hotel has a significant amount of trash lying around, and appears that no one on staff takes much pride in their hotel. The old mattresses are just lying in the parking lot. The front entrance is piled up with the new mattresses, which I understand. The rooms are clean on a very low standard. Lots of dirt in the corners, and the floor is very sticky. The fridge does not keep anything cold. This hotel is a great value, but there are many hotels in the same price point that are better.

I made reservation to check in between 7a-8a arrived there and the auditor was very rude told me to come back when first shift got there and I left. I called 30 mins later and was told to come in everything was okay to check it. I got there and was given a key to a room and I got settled wake up to someone knocking on door talking bout I needed to switch rooms I asked if I could switch it when I leave for work. Was told that was fine. 10 mins later get a knock saying I needed to switch now told them I made arrangement to switch before the got to work and the lady left and someone else comes to knock on my room saying they don’t feel safe me being in the room and that I needed to change rooms now. I got dressed and they put me in room next door. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom shower leaked the whole time I tried to sleep before leaving for work. I came back to room and I couldn’t take the smell anymore I checked out and went to stay with a friend till power came back on. Never will I stay there again.
