Great location, beautiful gulf view. This is an older hotel that has just become a Ramada and needs quite a few updates. My stay overall was nice, no issues.

Location was great .facility very run down. Ceiling falling off in spots. Carpet coming up an ragged. Clean as they could get it . Needs remodeling. Good views nice staff

If not for Ironman I wouldn't have stayed here”
But no regrets, considering I cam all the way from the Philippines to join the full IM, I wanted a place that's near the transition area and this one was it. Quite a dated hotel that needs a reno. Showers grumble when turned on. The breakfast buffet is nothing compared to the buffets in my Philippines. First room given to me had a funky smell so I had to request another room and at least they accommodated that. I would give this hotel, if not for its close proximity to IM, a 1.5 star.

New name, same old hotel”
This hotel is one I've stayed at a few times in the past, so I decided to come back after the new name hoping they had made some upgrades. Unfortunately, as far as I can see nothing has changed. The rooms are old and outdated. The exhaust fan in my bathroom didn't work, the remote for the TV didn't work. Had maintenance try to fix the remote. After a battery change, & standing, pointing the remote at the TV for about 15mins, I finally told the man that we would be fine without the TV. I had a 2nd floor room, and as I was going out to get my stuff from my vehicle, I went through a passage way and stepped into standing water that completely submerged my shoes. Shoes and socks were soaked. There were NO signs at all, advising this. I mentioned this to maintenance as well and he said, "they were aware of it". When I went to shower, I realized there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. I went and asked for 1 more. I was told I couldn't have another one because I had 1 towel per guest in the room. After I explained to the lady that when I wash my hair, I don't want to put it up wet in the same towel I just dried my behind with. She finally gave me 1 more towel after staring at me for a long minute. I have stayed at less expensive hotels and had a more pleasant stay. Don't think that I'll be back to this one.

Location great easy access to decent restaurant and beach. Staff rude though and WiFi sucks all over and they aren’t very helpful. Not to bad a place but still I paid 170 a night I coulda got a Hilton two mins from the beach.

Terrible ”
I feel like I have been scammed! Room nothing like picture. Dirty!Old! Beds are old and Mattress are YELLOW, carpet dirty and torn. Door doesn’t close, blinds are broken, closet door missing, no hot water, tub doesn’t drain, shower knobs don’t work, ice box doesn’t work, table broken. No on-site parking. No Internet! This is just totally terrible. This place should be torn down. Understatement to say NOT HAPPY !

Not COVID Clean”
The staff was very nice. However, the rooms were dirty, dated and not sanitized at all. The outside of the building was dirty and the spa wasn’t even full with water. There is no where to park and the place needs to be redone from top to bottom. We actually had to bu sheets to lay across of bed to sleep. The location was amazing the rest is a no go. We tried to cancel our reservation and they refused. We paid WAY too much for the type of property it is.

The room was dirty with rips in carpet and staff was not helpful, asked for towels at the pool since the rack was empty and was told since it was after 5 they wouldn’t do that despite the pool being open till 11.

Smelly rooms with roaches”
The balcony smelled like urine. The carpet had an odor. It was obvious that the room had not been updated for a long time. The next morning I saw a roach, we didn’t even try the free breakfast. Thank goodness I only booked one night. If I had been able to get a refund we wouldn’t have stayed at all. It was nasty.

Rundown overpriced”
Right on the beach. Location was great. Hotel was outdated, rundown, funky smell. Paid $10 extra for our "beach front" room. Next to unlit alley, view of ocean blocked by dumpster. No outside room lights, had to use cell phone light to see walkway back to room. Room smelled musty/funky. Large ceiling lights were rusted, so was mini-fridge. Front desk staff was less than helpful with questions about services or general area questions. No customer service demeanor at all. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 5 minutes to look for a better place.

It was an ok stay. Our ac unit on the patio outer shell was off. And the toilet wouldn’t flush. But over all the room was better than expected. I wouldn’t stay here again, it was just a place to lay our head.

The average hotel facility conditions are really bad. The halls smells urine, the 3 ice machines doesn’t work and are all rusty. Definitely the hotel needs a refurbishment ASAP. I wouldn’t stay there anymore that’s for sure
