Accommodations were "just OK". Building is in need of renovations, but would have been accepted much more had the staff been willing to take care of their guests. Never once was the room cleaned during our 4 day stay and had to go down and get towels each day. Many safety hazards were noticed and with two elevators and only one worked much of the time of our trip. The negative attitudes of the employees was just too much! This could be the best place on the beach with better management. Maintenance staff was nice and responded fairly quick but didn't complete the task, I had to call back to get the issue resolved. The young lady that worked the desk on first shift May 31st was the best person we dealt with the whole time. She listened and didn't place any blame as all the others did when we requested assistance. On a better note the location is great!

East access to beach. Or stay by pool & enjoy the ocean view. I like the rooms having a mini kitchen. It makes vacation much more cost effective.

We have stayed here before with no problems. However, this time, the room was awful. The mattresses were so worn out they sunk in the middle. The room was dingy and in need of repairs. Our room was only cleaned one time and we had to request that at the front desk. This is just not the quality that we have experienced in the past. We will be staying some where else for all future trips.

I had no issues with this hotel, except for the extra daily resort fees that I had to pay when I arrived and the pool bar was not open.

Our check in time was 11-12p, we arrived an hour early, to be told our room wasn't ready. No big deal we were early, but after 2 hours of waiting I call them, and still, our room was not ready. Long story short, we finally got into our room around 2pm. Hotel staff are completely disorganized. They either need new management or new employees, something has to change before I return.
