We had to wait 45 minutes after check in time in our car with two kids to get into our room because it had been cleaned but not inspected yet. They were supposed to call us when it was ready but never did. I went back in and she's like oh yeah it's ready. Room was decent but after 5 minutes of the kids running around barefoot in there their feet were filthy. The floor clearly hadn't been cleaned and there were large chunks of food sitting visibly on top of a chair in our room. I went to complain about the floor and was told that I couldn't be in the room while they mopped it. I passed because we already had all of our stuff in there and the woman working the desk actually asked me if I wanted to mop the room myself!! Their covid friendly grab and go breakfast is a joke. You don't choose anything for yourself you get a closed paper bag containing a small muffin, a granola bar, and an unripe orange. A GREAT place to stay near Dollywood ”

My sister, her boys, and I stayed here for two nights when we took them to Dollywood. It was well worth the money. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool options are fabulous, especially if you have a couple of energetic kids who need some extra entertainment. I'd definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Vacation ”

Beds were a bit too soft; but, still enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient to most attractions. Our room had indoor pool access which was a bit noisy; however, it was perfect since we were traveling with our grandson. Breakfast was GREAT for the price (free); but, needed more sitting. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we had a nice stay and will definitely stay again when we come back to TN.

Fair to Good”

For a hotel this size the breakfast area was way too small. We could not get in twice to eat breakfast and finally went across the street to eat. I went in early after the breakfast area open and had to stand just to have a cup of coffee. I am a retired Sergeant Major from the US Army and received a military discount for my three day trip and still paid $431.16 for three days and could not get breakfast. The location of the hotel is great, but someone needs to look at the services that should be provided to your guest. Name is Robert Lytle - Booking number if you want to know is 97734428.

The room was very clean and spacious bed was a little to firm but sleep able room is very equipped with everything but stationary you know just in case you won't to write something down. The jetted tub was just perfect the only problem if you,re looking for quite don't take a room inside where the indoor pool is kids playing til 10 they should cut it off at least at 8 for respect of the other guests I'll take an indoor room when I bring my grands.but overall I give it a 9.5

En mi experiencia, lo malo fue la limpieza, durante la estadía, cambio de toallas, abastecimiento de papel sanitario y el desayuno que ofrecieron fue lo peor(una banana con un mofi de chocolate y una barra de almendra) eso no es desató. En mi opinión ni deberían ofrecer desayuno si no hay pocibilidad en estos tiempos
