Old Favorite ”

We enjoy staying here when we are going to Dollywood. The beds in the room are divided by the bathroom which gives some privacy as opposed to regular hotel rooms. They are trying to update the rooms, but in the process, one side of our room had no dresser, so our suitcases, bags, purses, etc were just laying in the floor. Also, we had A LOT of ants in the shower/ bathtub.

Creekstone Inn was a great price for all of the accommodations. The location is close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit this location again.

Best yet”

We travel often with our children. This hotel offered a division in the room. The children's bed was on one side of the room and ours on the other. Both sides have a tv. The room was clean and well maintained during our entire week. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the pancake machine. The rivee behind was awesome and the geese were a wonderful addition to having nature close. I love to hear them and it wasnt overbearing. When I look for a place for my family, I make sure it is clean so they can be comfortable. Sit out on the balcony for a great view. We truly enjoyed our stay. We want to go back to play in the river in the summer. It was close to everything.

Excellent stay very clean quiet we had a balcony on the river it was very peaceful the staff was very friendly. If I come back to this area this is where I will stay.

This place was great. The only draw back is, I think due to it being an older facility, there wasn't much hot water in the morning when everyone was showering. However the hot water was amazing the night before. I think they just need to upgrade the heaters. I will definitely go back.

Thanksgiving with College daughter”

Very good hotel for the money. It is off on a side street away from all the traffic and the breakfast probably saved us $30 a day. Very good hot breakfast. Water in the shower was not very warm and the beds were too soft that is the only reason for the 4 stars.

The location is a little far from most of the shopping, but we didn’t find it to be a problem at all. It was a nice place to stay and we had a great time. The breakfast staff were so sweet and did a great job trying to keep up with the crazy amount of people that were there at the time we went. The rooms were mostly really clean, I know most places don’t wash the bedspreads, and you could definitely tell they don’t here, but we all take our own blankets anyways so we stripped off the bedspread and blanket and slept on the bottom sheets, which were clean. The rest of the room was really clean though. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for an offline stay”

We stayed two nights to be able to spend a whole day at the Smoky Mountains National Park. Because of that and because of the chill in the early October air, we did not use any of the hotel's water-oriented facilities (pool, inner tubes, etc.). The geese along the river greatly entertained our small children, though. Everything was lovely except for the wifi - my husband had to sit close to the front door of the room to get any signal. But we weren't there for that. Breakfast was great, with pancake machines to make two pancakes at the touch of a button (with a viewing window - great for little kids). That was the entertaining highlight, of course. There were also excellent options in the hot and cold breakfast departments, and helpful staff to serve (or help clean up little kid messes). We got a room away from the multi-level bumper car drive, which may explain the poor wifi signal but was certainly quieter in the early evening.

The staff were all very friendly, the balconies overlooking the stream set a very relaxing tone to each day and the hot breakfast was also a nice perk served by a great hostess.

Loved balconies overlooking river. Rooms were very clean and great continental breakfasts. If I had to have an improvement comment , it would be to try and find a way to get another pool near hotel instead of having to drive to pool. But it still isn’t a far drive, just might lose your parking space😊

Had a 2 bed room and the beds are separated by a wall. If you have kids it is like have 2 separate rooms.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It's a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and we love the way they are divided to offer more privacy on each side of the room. Every room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the river and mountains. The hotel offers free tubes for tubing in the river. Between the river and the pool, we enjoyed just hanging out at the hotel for most of our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant surprise”

Booked due to the price for a double king bed room since we were traveling with 2 teenagers...my husband and I on one side and the teens on the other divided by the bathroom area. We really just wanted an affordable place sleep and shower since we didn't plan on spending much time in the room. The room was set up as advertised with the two king beds and was comfortable, spacious, very clean and quiet. Air-conditioning, minifridge, microwave and hairdryer worked perfectly. Good water pressure in the shower. Every room has a "creekside" view. It was awesome sitting in rocking chairs on our balcony, watching the rushing water and throwing crackers and bread to the wildlife and their babies...gophers, squirrels, geese and ducks. There is also innertube rental at the office with which you can float down the creek and a nice pool. A free hot breakfast every morning from 7am-10am with plenty of tables inside and out. 5 minutes from Dollywood. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
