Great surprises”
We booked this hotel on a whim and loved everything about it! The pool area is amazing and makes you feel as if you are in the Caribbean. The entertainment, fruit infused water, clean rooms, all the food options are top notched! We are already planning another trip back and bringing friends!

Didn’t want to leave”
The atmosphere is incredible. Live music, multiple pools and activities, complimentary lockers and towels, complimentary golf cart shuttle to-and-from parking lot,, direct access to the beach, multiple food options on site, adults-only jacuzzi which is open until midnight, I could only go on and on. It is worth it! We are sorry we ever stayed anywhere else in PCB. This will be our go-to place.

The manager is very involved to make sure everyone has a good experience. Staff is on top of everything. Activities for everyone. Very comfortable rooms!

Perfect getaway location with many amenities.”
I am already considering booking another trip and staying at this location. There are many amenities that cater to both adults and children alike. The ocean water was super clear and the staff was top notch!

Great place for kids. Lots of activities. Gorgeous view of Ocean, Disapointed having to wait two hours longer on room once we arrived. Rooms are too pricey for a 3 star hotel.. Much more expensive than previous stays.

Weekend getaway”
We had a girls birthday trip and it was great!!Very nice staff and facilities.They were under some construction but it wasn’t bad at all.They are adding a lazy river.Will be back again!!

This resort was great for our family of 4. Great location, plenty to do and so much fun. The only complaint I have is about some of the staff. The hostesses at The View restaurant are not friendly at all. You do feel like an inconvenience.

Great place at grate location”
The hotel was lovely, the view magnifisent. We checken in and the lady was very friendly. The only thing we didn^t know that the breakfast was just dor two people (We payed for breakfast included, in europe that means included for everybody in yoyr party). When we founf out it was only for the adult we asked the lady at the desk. She tried to help us but then her co-worker came and the was 't nice at all.that was the only negative thing about the place. The rest of the staf were great.

Great Weekend Vacation with the Kids”
There's so much here! We parked when we arrived and didn't drive our vehicle again, until we checked out! There's multiple restaurants, a store, activities... there's no need to leave, if you don't want to. We were able to take full advantage of the beach every day, since we didn't have to leave to go anywhere. The kids enjoyed the Polynesian Fire Dancers and the nightly movies. There was so much to take advantage of! We'll definitely stay again!

Expensive”
Resort is very family friend with everything you need on the premises. But, beware the prices of food and drinks are INSANE (cheeseburger with fries = $28, with no drink or taxes, dinner is easily $50/person, just for the food). Property is decent but does not cleaned a little better and some of the employees give off the vibe they don’t want to be there. Kids had the best time in the pools and all of us loved the live music daily!!! Great stay!

Bad breakfast”
The included breakfast that we purchased with our room did not include meals for our two children. That was not clear or even mentioned when we booked our room. The hotel was under construction which was also not mentioned. Our room had been remodeled, but still felt dated and cobbled together. The beach was nice and the location was very centrally located.

Our trip was fair. The kids are small so they love all things... but there wasn’t a lot for them. The kids zone was for ages 5+. The food was mediocre at best... VERY few options for vegetarians (and even less for vegans). There was ONE thing on the breakfast menu and the $30 Buffett really only offered fruit and potatoes. There wasn’t even any salsa. The evening entertainment was repetitive ... plus it all started too late. The hotel was still under construction/renovation. Our room was directly over the garbage area and it smelled awful every time we walked outside ... and we paid more for our room bc it was the “kids suite”! The kids suite was really just a 3/4 height partition. And the rooms were super overpriced. Thankfully it was only 3 nights.

Facility is great with lots of amenities, however, the rooms need to be cleaned better. Prices (including rooms) are much much too high.

Bad food, slow service ”
The food was not good. They were out of many items. Very slow service. Was a challenge to get my kids fed. Good view, clean room, nice balcony. Layout of lobby and main areas were strange and difficult to navigate. Not many places to avoid the torrential rain we encountered for the duration of our trip. The outdoor music was awful.

Deceived ”
Not what they claim to be , they'll say breakfast is free , but they won't mention it's only free for 2 out of 4 in your family, they stick out their hand for everything nothing is free except the view, they nickel and dime you till the end of your stay, and you have to wear a wrist band or you'll be harassed like your trespassing.... Why not just make us wear striped pajamas? Not the best place , it's run down in the rooms....
