Located at the heart of jeju city where you can find all the store and restaurant nearby. Everything at walking distance. The room is small but very clean and cozy. The building look new and everything look very modern. They have a very nice rooftop bar as well. I would definitely comeback.

Boutique Hotel 🏨 Perfect for Everyone ”
Front office staff is efficient & professional. They are helpful and assist in getting my Rental Car replaced due that my car battery is flat. Short drive from airport to hotel and the battery is flat. Recommend to all and we will return here the next time. Plenty of eatery and famous KBS raw fish 🐠 and Samyetang Restaurant nearby.

Great location”
The hotel has a great restaurant with a rooftop bar - we spent our Mid-Autumn Festival holiday here. Unfortunately in Korea this was a big holiday and so a lot of shops and restaurants were closed. Nonetheless, their restaurant remained opened and we had a special hotel guest discount. The food was excellent and the service was great. Our hotel room is big, comfortable with great bath amenities. I will definitely stay here again if I were to come to Jeju again!

Great location, walking distance to shopping streets. A lot of restaurants around the area. Free parking in the premises. Room is spacious. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Jeju :)

Clean and fabulous hotel, is a new hotel. ”
We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is new, no laundry service, there is breakfast and a resturant. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. Eatery are nearby. Bed is comfortable and there is 4 pillows. We stayed end Oct 2019, there is still air con available. Free carpark. Will stay here again.

Excellent Staffs”
We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Alice and Trunk in Jeju City . The hotel is clean, comfortable ( love the bed), air- conditional is adjustable according to our preferred temperature and the hotel is just stone throw away from Baojian street and restaurants.. However, what I cherish most is the helpful staffs both the front desk and valet parking attendants . They introduced us the way to local restaurants as per our request and helped us to reset our navigation device from Korean back to English. The valet parking attendant even refused to accept our tipping! I must really compliment the staffs for their excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent service good location and comfortable stay ”
Initially got some problems in locating the hotel but we have no problems with parking space ,thanks to the valets parking that offer by the hotel, food and shopping is very convenient . Staff is friendly , helpful and thanks again for offering his own umbrella to us when its raining outside during our stays

Stuck in Alice and Trunk during Typhoon Lingling”
We were lucky to have stayed in this hotel in the north of Jeju during the typhoon. The staff were helpful, kind, and assisted us when we requested to extend another night to tide out the bad weather. There’s a supermarket next door, a little cafe down the road, and lots of food options around the hood. It’s located in the busier city-side of Jeju. While it’s perhaps a little further for nature lovers who prefer hiking in the south in Seogwipo , it look us about 45 min to drive to the middle of the island. Meanwhile there are lots of nature options in the east of Jeju, located about 20-30 min drive from the hotel.

Close to airport. Just 10 minutes. Big supermarket is right next door. 15 minutes walking to Grand Hyatt hotel. Parking lots are right next to hotel. Clean and good quality linens and towel.

Only able to review the room since i didn’t spend time to check the facilities. The room i spacious compared to similar hotels. Clean, extra pillows, complete amenities, large tv screen, and not to forget the view !

A very nice stay lacking Amenities”
Great stay nice staff good location, if you are hungry, you will have to go outside. Another hotel that has not started offering breakfast like they did before. Many hotels are back 100%. This one is not and my opinion is that they save money using the covid excuse not really for the safety of customers.

Convenient Place in Downtown”
It is a OK hotel. There is a bit of smell in the room but tolerable. It cost about KRW 5,000 by taxi from the airport. Staff speak OK English and are very helpful. Room is sizable but the table is too small to work on. Water coming out from the bathtub is too slow and the shower is not powerful enough.
