Recommended to stay! ”
Hotel has 3 levels of underground carpark and we had some difficulty getting our rented SUV out of the parking lot, the hotel valet tried to help but in the end we only managed to get it out after the guest shifted their car. Hotel staff was very very very helpful in our situation and room was generally very comfortable. The security guard that was on duty at night was very helpful to help us find a parking lot too. Recommended to stay here if you're in the Seogwipo area!

Best hotel of jeju island”
Was positively surprised by the quality of the room, with wooden furniture (clear and design), the equipments (including the parking, Netflix on tv, electric toilet, good shower, comfy bed,..) The price was very good, and cheaper on Agoda than at the reception, so I did it online. Would recommend

This hotel provides the best view, even better than Kal hotel in my judgment because there is no higher building toward the ocean and islands. It is located inside the cultural center of Seoguipo city between two famous waterfalls.

Good hotel with underground carpark”
Hotel has a decent underground carpark but once you enter after 7pm onwards, it gets harder to find lots as the cars randomly park at the side of the slopes (making it even harder and narrow to drive in and out). Sadly the gyms and pool are available to use (probably because of the covid restrictions). All in all, decent hotel with a private carpark and the hotel staff are kind and helpful.

Deceiving but clean”
The photos are deceiving. You can't access the hot tubs, or any facilities. Personnel was kind and late check out in only 10,000 won more per hour. Rooms were clean and tidy. Nice size room and balcony was accessible, but the railing is old so be careful.

Good location with view of pier and near southern attractions. Cleanliness and service comfortable but a bit dusty and no toothbrush provided. Good value.

Parking is an issue here, it seems this hotel is popular. Once you get get a parking lot, do not drive out. Going back late, you won't find any parking lots.

Location and condition of room is excellent for the price you are paying. Only downside is that they do not have air conditioners and only have heaters.

Bad service & noisy room”
Location was very good. Carpark was super narrow. Reached the hotel at 10am for check in. The lady told us check in is 3pm. If we want to check in now we have to pay ( which we asked how much) befoee she could ans, her colleague ( a male staff) cut her and told us rudely no rooms now and check in is 3pm. So anyway we left our luggage there. We came back at 210pm and ask if there is any rooms already, and again the male who didnt even check the system reject us straight away rudely again Ok fine we wait. And seems like other guests are also facing the same problem as the hotel policy is unreasonably strict. At 1455hrs, finally they came to call all of us to check in. And there was a long queue for it. The management should honestly look into flexibility. They gave me a room that housekeepjng have not clean yet thougg they change the room after. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Not sure if its the water system or heater system. The noise was non stop the whole night.

This is a solid choice in Jeju for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast if you choose to buy it there is good, lots of choice and cook your own eggs.

Clean and Close to Everything - hiking”
Great location, easy to get to bus and super close the the art street with hand made gifts from Jeju-do. Highly recommend. Plus you can reserve a hot tub on the top floor and watch the sunset!

Beautiful view from the window”
Hotel is very centrally located. The best part was the beautiful view of the sunrise and the sunset from our window which made the Ocean Family room really worth it. However, breakfast was so-so, so don't bother getting it!
