We did not expect that much quality while reserving, the facilities are very clean, the staff is very gentle and ready to help, everything is facilitated. The hotel is very well derserved by bus, and 10min walk away from direct buses to the airport, not far from many activities and the sea. I would definitively recommand.

We had Jeju Trip with group and it was pleasure staying there for 5nights and cleaned, staffs were nice, service. quality are outstanding but room sized were bit small and photo doesn't described as it is.

The hotel has a clean room, but the housekeeping didn't make all the room, so it wasn't neat enough. But despite all that, the staff was nice, the facilities were really well and they have bidet top. Might come again in the future!

This is my second stay at Shinshin Hotel Cheonjyeon. It is perfect for me. I don’t really care about amenities such as gyms, pools, etc, thus the 3 stars because it doesn’t have those if they are important to you. It does have a dining area with breakfast buffet (W11,000) but I did not try it. My single room was small but wonderfully quiet and in a corner with a nice city and partial water view from one large window and a beautiful view of Hallasan from the other smaller window. The bathroom is very nice. Small soaps and bottled body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Toothpaste, toothbrush, disposable razors can be bought at the front desk for W1,000. There is a 7-11 just across the street. Everything is close by and there is a bus stop just outside for trips further afield. Friendly staff who spoke English much better than I speak Korean!

You get more than what you pay”
It’s an unrealistic hotel at this price. So, don’t miss it. 1. Location: easy to access from Jeju airport by bus. If you don’t have a car and planning to use public transportation during your stay, a bus stop is just in front if the hotel. 2. Cleaness: a bit of dust on the table and they cleaned when I requested. Other than that, I was satisfied. 3. Staff kindness : excellent 4. Breakfast: good quality of western & Korean food. Better than my expectation. 5. Room size : I used standard double bed room. I saw some comments saying that the room is small and worried about it. It’s not spacious but big enough for 2people if you’re bringing 2 cabinet suitcases. 6. Window & view: I thought the window can’t be opened but I could open it to get some fresh air from outside which I was very happy about it. For long term stay travellers, they usually try to provide nice view room and I could see Mt. Halla & park which was amazing! I’ll definitely visit again!

Nice hotel in Seogwipo”
I stayed here in december of 2020. The rates were quite low as it was the low season but the hotel itself was very nice. It was clean and located near the airport bus stop, and center of seogwipo.

Room was good size with large bat & shower. Everything is very updated (TV, AC, lighting, room key). No room safe. Hotel is a 10+ minute walk from the food streets and most buses. It's an uphill hike from the Airport Limo bus dropoff. Good breakfast buffet.
