For the money can’t beat it”
The hotel is outdated but very clean. The staff was amazing! Anything we asked for it was handled right away and we was there during “hell week”! Defintely will be our go to place.

Motel was quiet. Great location. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Cakes, bagels and such. Price was unbeatable! Room clean and large. Can’t wait to go back!

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is slightly dated but they were renovating while we were there.

Nice location and view of the mountains from its hill top setting. Rooms clean and well stocked all the amenities worked and the water was actually hot.

I have stayed in Pigeon Forge on hundreds of occasions. I thought that Music Road was the best. Indeed not ! Hotel Pigeon Forge is the inimitable best.

Excellent Hotel”
I would highly recommend Hotel Pigeon Forge. Everything about it was very nice - large clean rooms, friendly staff, even the ice machine worked every single time! The quiet air conditioner would almost run you out of the room it was so cold. You definitely cannot say that about a lot of hotels. The price was extremely affordable and you get your money’s worth and then some. I hope to stay here many more times in the future.

For the price this hotel is great. It is close to many of the big attractions. It was very clean and the staff were admazing. They have a laundry room. If you or your children are pickie eaters be prepare to go out and get breakfast. I will be staying here again

Nice for the price. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and I was satisfied with our room. Breakfast was a grab n go type deal, good enough for us.

The location is really nice! And is located in a hill which makes the view a plus. Restaurant next to it and the snow tubing too.

Soft beds, no odor. Poor process for breakfast..when conventions are in town they need to add a breakfast attendant.

Even though we were only there 12 hours I Loved the place. To start I was lost and I couldn’t find the place and when I called the manager was extremely helpful and told me how to get there and I found the place with ease! Once we got there check in was fast and simple he was very kind and pleasant to work with. The cost was very decent for a tourist town I would say if I was to come back there I would choose a hotel to stay at.
