Staff were so friendly and welcoming particularly in the spa. Room.was amazing spotlessly clean with amazing views of the river. I will definitely be back.

Amazing experience”
Fantastic hotel. Views are unparalleled, photos don't do it justice. The staff were phenomenal from an amazing check in and out experience to an incredible service in the restaurant. To add to the experience, the food was the best that I've had in a long time. The spa was beautiful and outdoor tubs added to the greyness of the morning. The choice, presentation and delivery was fantastic. There are not enough superlatives to use for the Ice House. I will be back.

Not a good experience ”
The hotel did not live up to my expectations. We where put in an end room next to the bins and were abruptly woken in the early morning by the sound of broken glass being emptied into the bottle bin. The over all experience was just a let down. I would not stay in this hotel again.

I was disappointed that the hotel receptionist charged us again for our stay and seemed unaware that I had already paid via Agoda. However, after checking my bank account and advising the hotel that I had already paid the amount was refunded. Hotel staff need to be clear on who has paid prior to their arrival!
