I really loved this hotel because of multiple reasons: 1. Location and parking - The location is situated very close to the Guro metro station and it has free parking for customers. There are a bunch of restaurants and convenience shops nearby so you never have to go far for your everyday things. 2. Professional staff and cleanliness - You'll feel the vibe as soon as you walk into the lobby. The lobby and rooms are very well kept and the staff are very professional and courteous. 3. Quiet rooms - Although there is a major street right in front of the hotel, the rooms were really quiet. And it has the basic amenities like any other hotel. However, if I had to point out a flaw, it would be this one factor: They seem to be reusing the room sandals. I thought all hotels would dispose of old sandals and bring in new ones daily, but they don't seem to do that. The old ones used by previous customers were in the rooms I stayed in, so that was a bit...uncomfortable. Beside the fact that they don't replace the sandals daily, I think this is really one of the best bang-for-your-buck hotel. Great location, free parking, and clean and quiet rooms. What more could you ask for?!

Nice location - Walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores and subway/train station. Very quiet area - You could have a very good rest with very comfy beds and pillows. Very clean room and all equipment were functioning well. Not much of an issue. Great steady wifi connection and ICN airport shuttle bus right in front of the hotel. Overall myself had a very good 5 day stays at this hotel for my business trip.

New, clean and stylish interior. Well-appointed rooms with deceptively large storage. Everything is clean, modern and neat. There’s a coin laundry and a well- equipped gym. The staff are extremely polite and helpful- from the room service staff to the front desk. The hotel is in a central location- near plenty of shops and restaurants and a walk to the subway. Just be informed: Guro is not exactly a tourist destination. It’s more of a business district. However, you could easily base yourself here and travel around Seoul. This is my second time in a Lotte hotel ( the first being in Tokyo) and I am again impressed. I will continue to stay at Lotte in the future . The breakfast buffet is probably more suited towards Asian guests, but there is plenty to choose from and everything was freshly and tasty. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A very modern hote located about a 5 minute walk to the closest metro. Located adjacent to a mall with all kinds of foods. The part that stood out was the staff. The entire front desk staff were amazing. Ms. Kim, the house cleaner, was an angel. I recommend this hotel.

We have stayed 12nights, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and room facilities were great. The only problem we had was that the room was too hot and we couldn’t control the room temperature manually.

we stayed there for 3 nights since it’s quite close to the concert venue of stray kids. literally located in front of the airport bus stop too! there were a lot of convenience stores around since the restos were always closed when we get home (cause the con ends late hehe) staff are very helpful and understands english. they even helped us print our korail passes for busan. the room was huge and fancy! bathtub and toilet were excellent istg this hotel is probably the best we’ve ever been to! Also checkout is a breeze!!! You can do self-checkout with the link that they’ll send you on the day of your checkout. will definitely come back!

I love this hotel and the location. All staff are friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus that leaves and drops off right in front of the hotel. The location is next to a food plaza and very comfortable to walk to different stores. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I would book this hotel again once I come back in Korea. Very clean and the staff are very nice. A bit outside the city but taxis are cheap and there’s a bus outside the building that drops you off and bring you to the hotel.
