Fantastic Place!”
From the value of the room to the view to the location, everything was fantastic! Plenty of food and coffee working pleasant walking distance and the view of the ocean is great. I extended my stay once and would have liked to stay even longer.

Check in was flawless. Loved the design, kitchenette and the view was outstanding. Place recommended as a stop for scuba diver enthusiast. Highly recommended.

Great location and value for money”
The location is very convenient, walking distance from bus stands. We spent 3 nights the owner was very helpful with late check-in. We contacted him first. The view was wonderful and the surrounding environment was peaceful and calm. There are several restaurants and Cafe near the pension. Overall super satisfied with the room condition.

Great value but noisy.”
It's in a great location and is great value for money. The room is cute with everything you need. But: There were students having a party above us for 2 nights. I think this place is quite well-known for noisy students so keep that in mind.

Sangat Bagus”
Great location with friendly staff! Awesome view outside of the balcony straight towards the ocean. Our first couple nights were uncomfortable. Our room door kept ringing in the middle of the night. It ended up being from the rain and they disconnected the ringer which fixed the problem. The beds are very thin mattresses so when we asked, they gave us extra mats which made it much better for sleeping. The room was pretty clean overall but there were some stains on the comforter, lots of dust on the balcony door, etc. Things like that so be aware it's not spotless if you are needing that. It was just fine for us. It is a spot for people wanting to scuba dive so more emphasis is put on that and the facilities have a lot of gear laying around so it seems a little messy. Pool was closed because of Corona which is understandable. Would have been nice to sit by the pool at least but the chairs and beds were all over like they hadn't been touched since a storm. Overall though, great location and value. Buses close enough if you want to use them and Kakao Taxi picks up from the hotel. Really close to a great walk along the ocean as well with some really good restaurants/cafes close by. I would say it's a good value for what you get as long as you're not expecting some brand new place that looks very clean and polished. I would probably stay again just for the location and convenience. Having a small cooking area was nice too. :) Great spot for saving a bit of money, nice view, and getting around Seogwipo easily!

Had a very pleasant stay given that the rooms are nicely designed with all necessary amenities. Location is not too far from the city too.

Nice Ocean View”
The Ocean view from top floor is superb! It js lose to the coast and can take a leisure stroll. Nice restaurants and 7-11 nearby. The is no daily room cleaning and you have to change your own towels And take out your trash. If you stay more than 3 nights then they will clean is once. There is kitchen which is handy. Can use the washing machine for free.

Cosy hotel”
Unfortunately there was typhoon when we arrived. The front door was closed due to strong wind and only a Korean sign to direct us to the back door. The view would have been nice if there wasn't typhoon. A spacious loft style home is great for family traveller like us. We had fun.

Great location, but has seen better days”
First of all the hotel is very well located on the island. With a car you can easily head to the major attractions (you can reach a lot in about one hour or less). Also, the beach front (not for swimming) is really nice for a stroll and there is a little park to hang out. We booked the ocean studio with Spa Bath and ocean view. It's a very big room which is great. And the view is really nice. Another plus-point was that we could use the washing machine in the house to do our laudry. However, there are a view issues the owner should really look into: the bed is really hard and the pillows are uncomfortable; the studio would need a good clean (windows are quite dirty etc.); the bubbles of the spa bath are so strong that the whole bath area gets wet and it's really loud (so quite uncomfortable); you only get very small towels; there is literally no place to hang up your towels next to the sink or shower; the kitchen needs more power sockets, i.e. for the water kettle.

Nice location to visit attractions near to seogwipo area. near to the sea and beautiful cafe shop. Good only for people who drive.

A quiet place with great view”
Rooms are huge with great views. We stayed in the loft room which is really nice. The location is good if you have a car. Staff was really friendly and helpful, however, 50,000 won for the use of the BBQ pit is too much. The toilet/bathroom in the room is a bit disappointing, and the door to the toilet is heavy and has a high potential to injure people.

The hotel is located beautifully and the views from the balcony of the room is very nice. Very basic room, not really clean and a bit messy at some points. More a dive shop with a hotel, than a hotel with a dive shop.

In a walking distance there are nice restaurants and cafes worth to visit. We went for a run in the morning along the seaside which was great. Enjoyed the stay. But really need to watch out for the bird nest in the terrace.

Nice and Quiet place. ”
Pros: -Nice seaview -Short walking distance to 7-11 convenience store. -Walkable distance to restaurants and to the coast. Con: -Bed isnt hard comfortable. -Dusty bed -small bathing towel -Cleanliness not the best -Not so good for people with no car.

Close to Olle trail 7 ”
Great location for visiting the falls at Seogwipo. About 30-40 minute drive from tangerine farms and Seopanak Trail Entrance. The unit has all necessary facilities.
