Overall good experience”
Location is very near to subway exit 7 and 8. There is an airport limousine bus service across the road. However, we took taxi which cost us only around 55k krw from hotel to airport (which can fit 3 ppl and 5 luggages). The hotel counter staff helped us booked our taxi services. It is better to take taxi, less hassle compared to taking subway and AREX which you need to carry heavy luggages in the subway station. I will suggest to take taxi if you are bringing your parents together in order to make the trip less stressful and enjoyable. There is no difference in the taxi charges between the orange and grey colour taxi. In between, we took one k-look day tour and the tour company offered us a discounted transport of 65k krw from hotel to airport (note: you must find your way to their company in Seoul Station and pay within 24 hours before the trip, if more than 24 hours, they charge us 75k krw). We were grateful that we didn't take their package. Please be aware of the tricks.

Highly recommend”
Since it was a last minute arrangement, we were not sure if we'd get the room we requested. But the hotel was very eager to get our request fulfilled. In spite of our stay being planned during a holiday season, the staffs were so helpful in making our stay restful and worthwhile. The boxed breakfast was also great for the price(8,000 won) - It's a shame that we cannot enjoy the buffee because of the pandemic but it was a nice substitute, and maybe helped with controlling my portion size. (just kidding - it was well enough for me to eat a filling meal!) Thank you for your hospitality and help during our stay. Definitely will visit again - highly recommend.

Best choice among biz hotels in Korea”
Third time staying at Shilla Stay Seodaemun and always satisfying.. Room is clean, modern, and they provide Aveda amenities!! And there is a gym, not spacious but equipped with minimal facilities and decent enough considering the budget. Staff are always nice and helpful, definitely will stay again whenever visiting Seoul.

The room was spacious and had a nice view. I think the downside is that it’s near the road, so you’d hear noise from cars/buses outside. Noise from people walking on the hall and in the other room is also audible. Can be quite uncomfortable if you’re a light sleeper.

Good hotel”
Very comfortable hotel with good location. Everything is provided in the hotel and very clean. Its easy to access from subway station Exit 7 or 8. I definitely will stay again.

Convenient location ”
The room is quite small for the family with kids, however the location of the hotel is really convenient. It is walkable distances to the Kwanghwamoon. On the way to Kwanghuamoon, you can visit various museum and tourist spot. There are nothing to eat around hotel during the weekend since it is office street, you still enjoy hotel bar in basement with reasonable price.

Had a pleasant stay, will stay here again next time”
The room was comfortable, clean, and also had iron + ironing inside the room. Convenient whenever you need to iron your clothes. Note that air conditioning inside the room seems to be set around 24-25 degrees, might be too hot / cold to other people but I had no problem with the temp as it's just right for me. The staff speaks English, very attentive and helpful when I asked for directions. Definitely gonna stay here again the next time I visit Seoul. Bonus point: direct bus from and to Incheon airport.

We have a pleasant stay; the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was big enough for two people with 2 large luggage. The hotel was just outside of Seodaemun Stn. Exit 7 and 8.

Even though its was my first solo trip but everything was smooth. They have a straight bus from Incheon International Airport (6002) and it alighted at Seodaemun station right in front of the hotel. So you dont have to navigate that much. Seodaemun train station exit 7/8 is also right outside the hotel and its only 20/25 mins to Myeongdong and Itaewon. Checkin process was smooth. Room ready when I arrived. The room was comfy and the staff was friendly and they speaks english well.

Worth for the price ”
The subway station is in front of the hotel. Very convenient. The staff is good and the room is clean. But when i booked the price is quite cheaper than now 2022. I just checked the price again on 2022 and it is increase a lot.

They refilled water and toiletries for us when they were running low. Seodaemun station exit 7 or 8 is right at the entrance of the hotel and it made travelling really convenient.

Rooms have nice view of the city. Hotel is right on top of Seodaemum Stn and is a short ride to Seoul Station, Dongdaemun, Myeongdong and Yongsa stn. Didn't get to explore the hotel facilities but the room is great/ current. Lobby can get cramped but front office staff were helpful during checkin. Incheon can be reached via subway-seoul stn combo or by bus.

Great staff, customer service, very modern, easy access via any transportation. Located right outside of Seodaemun train station exit 7. Only 4 bus stops to Myeongdong shopping district. It is a quiet district which is relaxing away from the busy districts. If there are more than 4 pax travelling from airport probably easier to catch a jumbo taxi to the hotel. From Incheon airport it cost only 95,000 won. Highly recommended
