A great choice! ”
The location is very convenient with easy access to the underground stations, and Kensington Garden n Hyde Park are within walking distance only! Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are readily available. Room is compact but clean and comfortable, and with window which can be opened for fresh air. Air- con and heater are available. Bathroom is very clean, water pressure is good with hot/cold water. Overall, good value for money for such a central location and our stay for 4 nights were very pleasant and comfortable! Strongly recommended!

While the room was small (one queen sized bed, room C22), it was well-appointed and laid out in a way that used the space efficiently. It was very clean and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. We did a lot of site-seeing and going out to explore restaurants and shopping so we really only needed a place to sleep and shower. If we had spent more time in the room, we would have wanted more space for a couple places to sit but it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel room is small but the amenities that it provides is alot. Surrounded by many halal restaurants and souveniors shops. Very near to Bayswater station and Queensway station too. Hotel was clean. Would come back here definitely.

Great, helpful staff. Very good breakfast. AMAZING location (cannot get better than this). Functional rooms, albeit very small but you cannot expect much from the heart of London at this price. No complaints whatsoever!

Good home base for our trip to London ”
The hotel is small and the rooms smaller. That being said, the staff was great, the room extremely clean and efficiently laid out. They cram a lot of nice touches into such a small space. The day we arrived the shower was draining slowly but, with 1 quick call, they had it fixed the same day. For the price, this place was perfect for us. The only thing that could have made it even better would be a bit more space in the room and, in London, near Hyde parc, you can’t really expect a sprawling room anyways. Would definitely stay again!

Was actually moved from MStay Hyde Park to 88 Studios due to closures caused by Corona. 88 Studios is not quite as conveniently located but overall I was very happy and would stay there again.

Good Location ”
The location is very excellent as you could take tube either from Bayswater and Queensway in walking distance. Lots of restuarants (Gold Mine, Chinese roasted duck is just next door) and convenient shops like Saintsbury’s and tesco express are there. The room is quite small as expected but there is space under the bed that could fit 2 suitcases size 24”. The floor in the room a bit dusty as well as it is easily to hear when other guess talking along the corridor. Staff is very helpful and friendly. You are able to left the baggage at hotel after check out. There is 50£ for the deposit.

Very convenient hotel with good Chinese food available and nearby 2 tube lines”
Hotel room is small which is expected in London. There is a free coffee machine 24 hrs at the reception to use. Very limited space to put your luggage if you have more than 3. Staff are friendly and will put on a smile when they see u at the reception. However the only drawback is that the bed sheet is stained but they did not changed even after room service daily. There are quite a few good Chinese resturants which serve the famous London duck. It is within walkinng within distance to London tube lines. Bus service 94 to famous Oxford Street and all the city sightseeing tour buses calls on the main road on Bayswater. Quite a lively street and brightly lit. Good hotel to stay and recommended.

Great location ... a few meters to Bayswater or Queensway station. Easy access to public transport. Two blocks from the Malaysian Hall. The room was clean & not too small and there was even room for solat. Recommended for Malaysians still looking for hotels in London.

A lot of halal restaurants around the area, elevator is quite big, can fit 2 people with 2 luggages, automatic door when you enter the lobby, so it is convenient for those pushing the strollers. As for cleanliness, the room is only dusty, other than that, it is clean. The room looks newly renovated. Helpful staff

This hotel is on a lively street with lots of food options. It is also very convenient as it’s a stone throw away from Bayswater tube station and a 5 mins walk from Queensway tube Station. The breakfast was also good. However, the room wasn’t very clean; the rubbish bin was still filled with the previous guests’ rubbish when we first entered the room. Furthermore, the floor was dusty and slightly sticky.

A lot of halal food available within walking distance (literally just outside the hotel). Souvenir shops around open till 11 pm. The room is quite small for 3 adults but comfortable bed and pillow. Afterall, we only stayed for 1 night..
