Disapointing”
First two nights were good, last night Friday night was party night. Guests were running around between 10 - 130 am trying to get in there rooms..banging on doors , yelling.. Gym was very dirty.. Reception staff and owner were very pleasant..I found the Vietnamese man in the bar rude.. On a positive, it's a good view from balcony view staff were pleasant and room was clean.. Stay during the week unless you like to party.

I spent one night in Hill Bliss Hotel. My room was free upgrade to ocean view room with balcony. In general I would say this hotel is neat, clean. Staff are very friendly. However it located on the hill, took you at least 3-5 minutes to walk down to the main street, if you have big luggage better call the staffs they will help you out. The location is nice, near the main street in Muine, where you can find a lot of restaurant. I arrived late and stay there for 1 night only, so I didn't expect to have a nice room with that budget, however it turns out that the room was so nice, far from our expectation. Highly recommend.

Booked the accoms from Agoda but found out later that there are other cheaper options also under Mui Ne Bliss Hotel - like the backpackers/budget kind. And since i took the night sleeper bus that arrived at about 1am and went for the tour at 4am, I didnt need a more luxurious room~ But i have to admit, the hotel is super responsive via email on all my enquires! Also, they do not have a receptionist at the timing we arrive and the guard could not speak english. Nevertheless, we managed to settle down that night and head for the super cheap tour provided by them!! :)

Best stay ever!”
The room was spacious with a view that's hard to beat. The atmosphere of the place is always splendid and accommodating to the type of traveller you are; whether you want to a quiet time or party, there is just the thing for you. Had pho bo for breakfast and I must say, the best pho I've tasted. Couldn't quite find one to match in Mui Ne. Overall a fantastic stay. Will be back soon.

Not as expected”
An ad from Mui Ne Hills Bliss Hotel sounded like the hotel next to seashore, but it does not. You need to walk a long a long distance to reach the hotel on the hill. The air-conditioner did not blow cold air so it was miserable hot. Staff did not replace burn-out bulb in the balcony area. The area outside the hotel room (similar to balcony) where you can enjoy sea view far away was very dusty. The hammock and pillows were all covered with dust. I am not sure other hotel rooms next to mine had problem, but mine was like I described above.

Tho it was already indicated that there is an uphill to reach the hotel, we were still shocked that the location was inside a tiny quiet alley which cars cannot go inside. The way is also uneven which can damage the wheels of our luggage. I cannot imagine how we were able to survive carrying our big heavy luggage. On the way to the hotel, we passed by the Mui Ne Budget Hotel, which is also owned by the same company as Bliss and sought their help to assist us in carrying our luggage. Sadly, we were rejected. Upon arrival, the guy in the reception was not welcoming. Even if he cannot converse in English, it doesn't hurt to smile. The room was big and can fit 4 people tho everything looks old. There was a gecko staying inside the room with us. There was also no hot water during my turn to shower. The breakfast is set menu type. You get to choose from their list with plenty variety. We were amazed that we can choose 3 types of drinks for breakfast.

Exceeded expectations!”
The front desk staff and owner and kite school were awesome! The room was great. The place has great curry and a late night banh mi stand if you're still hungry. Short walk...even shorter scoot down to the beach and lots of cheap local restaurants nearby. I'll definitely return.

Exceptional”
This is connected to a hostel so you have access to two pools. We had the balcony room which was a great size. Room was larger as well but still basic. Lots of English speaking staff which was helpful

We took a night bus and when we arrived it was already very dark as there wasn't much lighting along our way up. We have got some trouble looking for the hotel up the hill due to the darkness and the unevenness for the path. The guy receptionist in the afternoon wasnt helpful at all as I asked him for help to book a restaurant and he mention to me that he will help me call and I have to talk to the restaurant myself. I mean what's the point of asking them for help like this? Cause I wasnt sure if the restaurant are able to speak English. Overall the reception is just plainly lazy and unhelpful although I saw the review there's quite a number of them saying they're helpful. But in what way? Is helping you checking in mean helpful? And I wouldn't recommend if you have a big luggage because the hills up will be very tiring.

Still good but Needs a spruce up”
Maybe my 8th visit here.. and it really is an easy place to stay, good sized rooms, nice views, and cheap booze. My only small complaints are the detail in the place seems to be getting lost. Air con units need servicing, straw roofs need patching, and menu needs to be revisited.. it's all minor stuff but standards just seems to slip a bit more on every visit. Hope they can bring them back up to where they were.

Air conditioner was broken in room. The manager had nothing to do with it. It was almost 38c(100 F) we couldnt sleep all night. She just repeated that there is no room.

Balcony: is big and has view of the sea Access: Key tied to electrical activate blank Linens: clean Bed: Soft spring Bathroom: bigger than need be. Has hand shower and rain showerhead Water pressure is good. Electrical outlets: 2-prong - 240V Lighting: switch and plug outlet near headboard Wi-Fi: Secured and decent speed AC: Split unit type - working well Towels: No hand towel. Amenities: Shampoo, shower gel, tooth brush, paste, comb, Q-tips, hot water kettle, glasses, 2 bottle of water. Cleanliness: OK Location: Up on the steep alley accessible by scooter only. Located off the main street in the middle of Part 2 of Ham Tien Area. Need a scooter to get around. Many restaurants, bars, cafes, services, shops along the shore. Price point: OK Guest types: Westerners Others: Other affiliated hotels in the same complex under Mui Ne Hill.

It's an interesting experience. Hotel has a good location and nice view, I loved it, but staff disappointed me. I was waiting a reception guy who was talking on the phone for 10 minutes, when I tried to ask him about my bike, he said to me "WAIT" . Not a pleasant situation
