Our room was very clean and spacious. We booked twin beds but they were quite smaller than normal.(No problem anyways, they were comfortable). There were insufficient charging sockets. Those that were installed were away from the bed area. The hotel needs to install sockets not far from the beds. I would sleep there again if l go back to Mui Ne

The hotel staff service is good, The geographical environment is good, However, the hotel’s soundproofing equipment is too poor. It's very noisy. If you are not a local Vietnamese tourist, it is not recommended at all, because the price is relatively cheap, and the locals are not the same as foreigners. It is recommended that foreign travelers need to consider it when booking.

Book 3 Premier Double Bedroom but upon check-in was given twin bedroom. Was told not inform by Agoda and Agoda booking confirmation letter indicates Premier or Twin Bedroom. Unhappy with Agoda for putting the confirmation this way as we make a booking on an individual type of room required. Agoda please change your system to reflect the individual type of room example either Double or Twin bedroom instead of both

we stayed here for 3 nights in lovely mui ne. the hotel was great. rooms were spacious and clean. fresh towels everyday and complimentary water. the bath/shower did leak onto the floor but this epc ears to be due to design... hotel and security were very helpful and provided beach towels and chairs for the beach which is accessible from across the road. we rented a moped from across the road for about £5/ day which was extremely useful as mui ne is stretched out quite far along one road. the hotel features a nice roof top swimming pool and a gym/spa. the gym was non-existent as the 3 pieces of equipment were old and placed in the corner of a room. however the overall feel of the hotel was great and the price for the area extremely reasonable.

This is a great hotel for the comparatively low price. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early and were upgraded to one of the delux rooms on te 9th floor (the best floor). Staff were full of smiles and were helpful in recommending resturants and made small chit chat with my boyfriend about football. Room was very spacious with high ceiling and spotlessly clean. Bathroom is quite large with a bath tub and a good hot shower. Bed is soft and comfortable, one of the best I have come across in Asia. The hotel is not on the beach but is two mins walk away over the road. We were only meant to be here two nights but were so content we extended our stay. Roof top pool was small but lovely and there is also a small gym, with a treadmill, cross trainer, bike and balance board. And also a sap offering massage. When traveling to Mui Ne though, be prepared for all of the Russians. It seems to be their playground and all signs and menus seem to be in Russian, which was slightly strange to me initially, as being English we have come acostomed to everyone's second language to be ours. So was slightly set aback when the locals started talking toe in Russian and handing me menus in Russian.

This hotel is new, located is just off the beach, you only have to cross the street and walk 5 minutes to get to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants around, price is reasonable & taste good. Great location & very comfortable, especially at night, can sit outside hotel to chit chat & taste vietnam corn that sell in front of hotel, windy & fun!!! The rooms are big, modern and comfortable, with nice view... Value for money... I booked 3 room, as hotel is fully book, upgrade 1 of my room to top floor, bigger room with nice view... Hotel staff are friendly & services are good, most staff able to speak & understand basic english... Breakfast is ok ok, pasta soup nice & coffee doesn't taste good if compare to those vietnam coffee.... However, still acceptable... Will choose this hotel again if back to Mui Ne & recommend to other frens & cousins

stayed here for 6 nights in march, hotel is spotless clean and located at the top of the best part of mui ne. it is within 10 mons walking distance of many restaurants, shops and bars. it is also just a 3 minute walk to the beach. the hotel is not on the beach but is half the price of hotels on the beach. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a slight issue with the air con in our room and the manager moved us without any issue to another room. would highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel for the price”
Traveling solo on moderate budget, this was the best hotel I stayed at out of 3. I got a room with a view of the beach out of 2 large windows. The rooms are spacious and have LCD TV's with cable. Air-conditioning was good. They have beach towels available for check-out at the front desk. I liked that the minibar has lots of dark chocolate candy bars. Breakfast was a 4 course meal made to order. A serious step up from the buffet style you would expect at this price point. The only minor complaint I have is that the wifi signal in my room was not good. Overall I would highly recommend Nam Hai to someone traveling to Mui Ne.

Great place to stay but no private beach”
We got a free upgrade of room upon check-in. It was a surprise and the room was spacious and well decorated. You can easily see the whole beach area and Mui Ne main street from the balcony. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. No comments for the food since breakfast was not included in our package. The only disadvantage of this hotel comparing with many of the hotels/resorts in ambient area is, it has no its own private beach area. The staff told us to walk through a small road to the beach which we found was fully occupied by other hotels' guests. It was not a big deal but carrying two sets of beach chair and towel to walk all the way to the beach may not be a good choice, especially under the super hot sun shine.

Small but comfortable hotel”
We book the Nam Hai Hotel for just 1 night, arrived late at night but receive good receive good service from the hotel staff. The hotel is located not too far from the center of Mui Ne. The room is small but nice and comfortable. The interior is clean, new and quite beautiful. We don't have opprtunity to use the swimming pool and have breakfast so no comment! In short, a very good hotel for a comfortable price.

It is very good hotel and good price compare to other hotels in Mui Ne. New, big room, good bath, clean and good service.Central location but average breakfast. This hotel is opposite to the beach, we have to cross the road to come to the beach and the swimming pool is quite small.

Comfortable room & great view from rooftop pool”
Well equipped, new and modern room, but slight language barrier with staff, though they were accommodating and very helpful! I think because the main tourist seemed to be Russian, it meant that English was relegated to only a few members of staff. Highly recommend this hotel- close to beach (though not the idyllic sandy shores I had expected and that was the case throughout Mui Ne), close to restaurants (though again, very focused on the Ruski tastes), and really good price!
