We complained about the television not being turned on, in just a few minutes the technician came and the problem could be solved immediately. The air-conditioning was cool and we slept comfortably. Last thing we asked for prayer mat and it delivered immediately. Staff very polite, friendly and always smile.

Good Hotel, Bad Staff”
So frustrated when i dealt with non-knowledgeable staffs especially at the night, i was checked in late, and lots of miscommunication happened yet i booked with Agoda, supposed to be easier, but they make it harder. Parking for motorcycle unavailable like whatttt~? So thumbs up for hotel, thumbs dowm for LOCAL staffs! Take note!

It was a pleasant stay. However there was a wedding and private function. So I had no chance to use the facilities. Location is just nice, close to stadium and shopping malls and away from busiest spot. Breakfast was fine with variety of choices. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend to those who wants to chill and doing some sports but try to avoid peak period.

Big Room Near the Airport”
The location is about 5-min away from the airport but 10-15 mins away from everything else. The property is dated and requires some renovation like the TV or slow pressure from the drains albeit that recent renovations were done in 2018 (it doesn’t seem to reflect that). I like that there is free transfers from the airport to the hotel but while they indicated that there were shuttle services, that was inexistent during my stay. This could be related to CNY holiday but I could be wrong. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and gets the job done. But, if I were to return to BSB, I might stay closer to town. But, if commute is not an issue, Mulia ticks the box.

We got express check in. We booked for 2 room with 1 room double bed & 1room with 2single beds & close together. We got those requests. Good place to relax, away from the hustle. Nice location. The downside, however, we didnt have our cups ready in the rooms & have to ask/request for tea/coffee set which is quiet odd. No slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste provided in the toilet. As for breakfast, its sufficient. However, we notice a couple bringing children along to dine-in when it shouldnt be allowed. Maybe the banner which states that restrictiom should be placed at the entrance of the restaurant.

Not worth for money. compare to other hotel, this hotel have 2 elevator, and if full, have to wait for long. cost is high, but toilet drain system require to be maintenance.. slow draining, ponding. however, the pool starts early 6.30am. and closes 9pm. bringing the kids to play the pool, it is worth it.

I booked this hotel near to the venue for the ITF tennis tournament that my daughter was participating. There were also 2 hotels nearby with cheaper rates but i chose this hotel based on the better reviews. Checking in was easy with friendly smiles and greetings at door and reception. The room was quite big with 2 enlarged single beds. Everything else in the room was satisfying. Air-con was cold and the temp. control was faulty. I always off the air-con if too cold. Buffet breakfast was good for each of the 4 days that we stayed there with different menu! We drove there by car and so no problem moving around. Free shuttles were provided to shopping malls.

Close to airport is no advantage if you take a taxi”
Just because the hotel is 5 minutes from airport you would think the fare would be cheap, but no, $35 take it or leave it. After travelling from VN where the fare would be about $3 it seemed excessive to pay 35. However the hotel itself is good and the staff were very accomodating as they let me extend my stay until 2pm without any problems and organised a bus to take me to a shopping mall and then pick me up and take me to the airport. Surprisingly breakfast was not included in my room charge and I had to pay but was pleasantly surprised that it only cost me $8.50. You would think if you paid $90 for a room that breakfast would be included but think again. They say there is a smoking area but when I asked where I could go they directed me out the front door and I had to sit in the parking area. Is there a smoking area? Room was comfortable and quiet although exhaust fan in bathroom didn't appear to be working and there was mould on the ceiling, internet just ok.

Fine and quiet location Hotel, Staffs are helpful”
Good location hotel, spacious and clean room, sufficient toiletries provided, like disposable toothbrush, shaving kit, shower cap etc., are all well prepared. Staffs able to spoken reasonably English. Breakfast are actually good, but hygienic have to be taken out for dessert site, as there are lot of sand flies on the pastries that feel queasy. Hotel also provide free airport transfers. I was given a room on 7th floor that faced the stadium,pleasant view and quiet but poor wifi speed. Brunei is a small rich country without much sight seeing spots. Hotel location is very near to BSB International Airport about 5 minutes drive distance. Will return again to this hotel.

Quiet environment and good location hotel, that's the point for my return staid for so many years. Though sometime some of the staffs are not too capable but I can said that the general manager proved to be very competent manager. My previous staid (May, 11, 2016) with this hotel was not so contented due to the front counter female staff lacked of work experience and neglected upon check in. This time my check in was smooth with the new receptionist. When I return to my room in the evening, there's a plateful of fruits on my table with a nice greeting's card from the general manager for welcoming back stay, I would like to express my thankfulness to the general manager for his hospitality and understanding. For tourist, I highly recommend this hotel though it's slightly dated, because the location is the great point, as it is very near to the BSB international airport and time square shopping centre and eateries.
