Blew Us Away!”
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were part of a big group - and everyone was very happy with their rooms and the hotel. Myself and my partner treated ourselves to the 'Seaview Executive Suite' as it was on a good deal - and we were absolutely blown away by the room. It was massive! So clean and super comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was a huge treat and the panoramic views were breathtaking. The staff throughout the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the breakfast was great. The rooftop bar was lacking drink supplies and choice - but we guessed this was due to Covid times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Receptionists and all staffs are very friendly and processing my booking quickly, checkout is quick as well. The room is spacious and faces the main street with a picturesque view straight to the ocean. Buffet breakfast is varied with a big venue, a bit rowdy but overall experience is gold.

Spacious room and nice ocean view”
We got a great deal on Agoda and overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and with ocean view. Some of the facilities need an upgrade. Bed was very comfortable and it would be nice to have a sofa for two. A free drink voucher was very nice.

Receptionists and all staffs are very friendly. Took just 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Foods are varied and the views to the beachfront is very scenic. Would love to come again.

The staffs were super helpful, even they didn't speak English fluently but they were ready everything I ask or need something. The room is spacious, they even have convenience store near lobby are. Since it was my first time in Cua Lo, they arrange my pick up at the airport without additional charge. Really appreciate it

Not recommendation for foreigners”
Poor facilities after 6-7 years operation and 2 years covid pandemic. Crowded, smelled and poor breakfasts (no change at all ). I do not think this hotel rated as 4 stars hotel and Agency need to do it again ASAP. Not recommendation for foreigners or people who are familiar with 3-4-5 stars hotel standards about facilities and services in Vietnam.

great chain, decent location”
this hotel is quite a bit more basic than others in the same chain. The lobby is a bit vacant in this one, but the staff is exceptional, and the location can't be best in Cua Lo. the rooms are clean if a bit dated, but overall a good value in the off season when I came last. it can be a bit expensive during the high season for tourism.

This hotel meet 4 star standard , good bed, clean room, good breakfast . The staff is wonderful, the service is great . March is a off season month, cold water, we cannot swim. But we enjoy the fresh air, morning walk, we love it here. We will return. The shower have clear glass wall. Look a bit strange

The hotel is new with very pleasant rooms. The staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful. What a shame the staff in the bar were not well trained, service was very slow. Had to ask if there was a problem. There were as many staff as patrons so they were not busy. Music was so loud we had to ask for it to be turned down. In the dining room we were given 3 english menus between 6 of us. Apparently that is all they had. There was no wine list either however one of our group managed to locate some wine in the bar area of the dining room. The food was delicious though. We left too early to have breakfast. Clearly this hotel is not really for overseas tourists or expats living in Vietnam as we are.

Facilities were not good”
Many facilities were broken when I received a room. The receptionist was informed and the hotel tried to fix but one of the issues cannot. I checked room prices at the hotel and was surprised b/c it is cheapper than Agoda.

The hotel was noisy at night. People were smoking everywhere and staff did not even care. The food choices for the morning buffet was fewer and fewer everyday.
